Maximise Employee Retention with Machine Learning
In this project, we aimed to help HR department in companies evaluate the probability of employee leaving, and maximise employee retention. To achieve this, we developed a comprehensive model by implementing machine learning algorithms with python. The model can predict the likelihood of an employee leaving an organization, and evaluate significant factors leading to employees' dissatisfaction.
