more snow fun

Daddy made it home and the first thing the kids wanted him to do was play in the snow!

We got a good snow storm, totally a little over a foot of snow. The kids had 5 days of school off. 

The wind was blowing really hard and it was pretty cold, so we had to bring some snow in to play with before we could go out

Ian made his first snowman of the season. :)

Mia got to watch her first snow fall (she was unimpressed:)

Mia only spent a few minutes in the cold. We mostly played while she was napping!

Daddy was at a conference in Pheonix, so Pa pa came and shoveled our driveway TWICE! (With a little help from Ian). We finally got him a bigger shovel than the blue one he was trying to use:)

Day two was so much better because the snow stopped falling and it was warmer and much more pleasant to be outside!

All that fun wore Kenzie out! I left her to warm up while I helped the others and when I came in she was out!

Mia 8-months-old

Wow, time is flying! This little miss is growing up so fast!

She is crawling like a maniac and causing Mommy some distress as she needs to clean even more often than usual to keep things off the floor otherwise they end up in her mouth!

Mia her first two teeth this last month. She is more interested in eating foods. She is starting to nap better and we are working on sleeping better, which means a lot of crying:(

Mommy and Daddy left her a few times with babysitters this month and she was awesome!

Mia loves sticking out her tongue, she is starting to pull up on things, and she loves exploring the house.  Mommy has a lot of friends at church that come looking for her, which is a big help during primary!

It was very hard to get any pictures of her this month (she just would stay still long enough!)

We love this little bit of heaven!
