And from her recent Zoom video chat 📹🗣👤 with a friend who are into mental health awareness & shared about this digital self care toolkit 📲 that developed by Ms Briana from @learningtobefreeblog 🙋🏾‍♀️

She 👩🏻 has then ordered online 🌐🛒🛍with a fee 💳💰to receive this comprehensive 40-page guide with 8️⃣ dimensions of self care

She 👩🏻 has planned to progressively covering all the 8️⃣ dimensions in her self care routines. She has just started with those in italic & pink 💗 as listed above

For (1) Physical, she 👩🏻 drinks more water 💧💦 daily intentionally now while stay home 🏡 with the habit tracker within this toolkit 📲

For (3) Spiritual & (4) Environmental, she 👩🏻has done decluttered her bedroom 🛌 & found some unused items. She has recycled & upcycled ♻️them for continuous functional usage

She 👩🏻 decorates & beautifies her home sweet home 🏡 with her handrawn doodling passion 🖋🖊 Yeah‼️ So happy satisfied 😃

For (7) Social, she 👩🏻 has volunteered to help spread awareness of COVID19 prevention & the message from doctors 👨🏻‍⚕️👩🏻‍⚕️ with Malaysian Health Coliation 🇲🇾

Also she 👩🏻 has opted to be part of a global movement 🌍🗺 by supporting the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) to educate people 👫👭👬 on how each can do their part while staying #HealthyAtHome 🏡during the uncertainty of COVID19 pandemic.
