The facility has performed over 1,200 diagnostic and therapeutic procedures with oncology patients in areas such as cervix, breast, lung ๐Ÿซ , rectum, head, neck & brain ๐Ÿง  . Among these, the radiotherapy team has treated breast cancer patients using the Deep Inspiration Breath Hold (DIBH) technique, & brain cancer with radiotherapy & craniospinal irradiation (CSI). The facility has also been receiving patients from across Malaysia ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ & Southeast Asia region ๐ŸŒย to indicating a need for such services amongst patients from neighbouring countries

THKD is constantly innovating to provide the latest diagnostic & therapeutic services for their patients. Yes โœ…, in conjunction with International Women’s Day celebrations in the month of March, ShopeeFood ๐Ÿงก just hosted a special event today as a show of appreciation ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป for women driver partners in Klang Valley. The event was supported by several leading brands ie. NIVEA, Marrybrown, Chatime & L’Orรฉal Malaysia. Almost 60 female riders, accompanied by their friends, participated in the event to celebrate the day

SiennyLovesDrawing has spoken to some of the female riders during the celebration ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฅ๐ŸŽŠ๐ŸŽ‰, many of them shared with her that they are so happy with their career opportunity with ShopeeFood๐Ÿงก , not just that they earn a living to buy things they like, also able to support their kids studies, family expenses etc.

In addition to the collaboration with leading brand partners, ShopeeFood ๐Ÿงก also provided a personal development program led by an expert in the field of humanities & social studies: Associate Professor Dr Hadija Mohd, who has developed the Personal Initiative Intelligenceย (PI-Q) framework which aims to build essential soft-skills to help driver partners improve their job performance. The unique approach focuses on developing the inner qualities of an individual, eg. resilience, self-awareness & empathy ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ฏ

At the end of the program, 3๏ธโƒฃ selected driver partners were recognised for their participation & given an opportunity to continue their education with a scholarship in a recognised higher education program.   • Datuk Shalin Zulkifli ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธis a professional bowler ๐ŸŽณ & athlete who has represented Malaysia ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ for 28 years in numerous international competitions. She currently holds 5๏ธโƒฃ world championship titles ๐Ÿ† & is a fierce advocate for gender equality
  • Nandini Balakrishnan ๐Ÿ‘ฉ๐Ÿฝโ€๐Ÿฆฑ is a known influencer & video producer with a popular media company. She has written extensively on issues related to the discrimination โœ๐Ÿป & her work has been featured in major publications around the world ๐ŸŒŽ In 2021, Nandini was also awarded ๐ŸŽ–๏ธthe Women of the Future Awards Southeast Asia in the โ€˜Arts & Cultureโ€™ category.
