Yes ✅, Malaysia 🇲🇾 is hosted this ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council (AYEC) as it celebrates 🥳🎉🎊 its 🔟th anniversary & marks a decade of impact in youth entrepreneurship across the ASEAN region

This amazing carnival is well organised by MAYA, AYEC & Majlis Belia Malaysia(MBM). Then, greatly supported by ASEAN Secretariat & ASEAN-BAC & Ministry of International Trade & Industry (MITI)

2025 carnival’s theme ~ ✨ “Connecting 🤝🏻 ASEAN, Creating Global Change” ✨

AYEC is led by Ms Deborah Melissa Bottreau👩🏽‍💼 , AYEC’s founding Secretary General & President of the Malaysian Young Entrepreneurs Association (MAYA), this year 2025 will center on the theme, “A Decade of Impact: Empowering the Future of ASEAN’s Young Entrepreneurs.” This milestone features the 🔟th ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival ie. A landmark event in Malaysia 🇲🇾 to showcasing the achievements & future ambitions of ASEAN’s young business leaders. Together, AYEC & MAYA drives initiatives in training, mentorship & regional partnerships to strengthen the entrepreneurial landscape for the next generation 💯👍🏻

So, as planned as a landmark celebration 🥳🎉🎊, this Carnival showcased the AYEC’s achievements, foster collaboration 🤝🏻 among ASEAN’s young leaders & laid the groundwork for future partnerships. Entrepreneurs from across the ASEAN region all gathered at MATRADE Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 🇲🇾 for 2️⃣-day filled with impactful dialogues, exhibitions & networking opportunities

Ms Deborah has extended a heartfelt  🤗💖💯 to welcome all over 300 delegates a promising that “Malaysia is ready to welcome you with open arms. This carnival has ended successfully with the AYEC Gala Night 🍽️ & Awards 🏆 Ceremony. It announced the recognition of ASEAN’s Top 🔟 Young Entrepreneurs Presentation of Special Appreciation to Founders & Partners 🎊🎉👏🏻🙌🏻💯👍🏻 with invited Guest of Honour, Datuk Ewon Benedick, Menteri KUSKOP 👨🏽‍💼

This ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Carnival 2025 is a flagship event held every year following the ASEAN Chairmanship country. The 1️⃣st AYE Carnival was held at MATRADE, Kuala Lumpur Malaysia 🇲🇾 in 2016 (NOW again in 2025 👏🏻💯). It was then officiated as an official ASEAN event in the calendar during the 2️⃣nd AYE Carnival by President Duterte which was held in 2017 at Manila, Philippines 🇵🇭

This Carnival garners participation from all 🔟 ASEAN member states (AMS) plus from many other ASEAN plus countries such as Australia 🇦🇺, China 🇨🇳, India 🇮🇳, Japan 🇯🇵, Europe & more

In fact, it’s the 1️⃣st-of-its-kind with a forum, exposition, awards & more. Some of the key thrusts are elements related to digitalisation, automation, start-up, enhancement of intra-ASEAN trade, alternative access to finance, sharing of best practices & many more. With the theme changing each year to be present to the times since 2016 😃😁
