As I took a picture of a just dismantled “hut” on the coast this evening, out sprung this ally cat as if from nowhere. And, unlike any other cat, it refused to go away. Rather, it made a scary face, its hair stood on end and it gave me a look as if it was the most ferocious tiger on the planet. The resultant pictures say it all.
Cats are very commonly seen in Bahrain as opposed to dogs, which are not too many. One would see a cats of all hues and one place where they would always be is on trash bins on each street corner, where they eagerly wait for meals. And, of course, the Bahrain cats are some of the most well-fed I have seen anywhere!
