2 looks today as I can’t decide which I like better. They really are opposites of each other, and hence displaying the different facades of Tomoyo perfectly. The first is a casual, “rock” style I’ve been wearing around while the other is a rather girly style, which in my opinion, is suitable for a walk in the garden. For the first, I used the same shirt, the barerose one, as yesterday but gave it a whole new twist, a step down from the candy girl look I posted yesterday. The junwave hair gave it the perfect rocker chick edge. Instead of staying with the sepia tones, I gave the look a slight touch of purple, my favourite colour. The shirt doesn’t completely cover the upper parts of the leggings, which are higher than my shorts, but I love how the black peeks from under the shirt. It might not be obvious in the pics below though. The 2nd look… ahh thank you alyssa for dragging me to Shirohato. This dress is perfect! It can be won from from the lucky chair or bought from the vendor at a mere price of 40L. I really love the simplicity of the dress. Plain, and only decorated by some pale flowers. I kept the whole look clean and did not really accessorise. Plus point about the dress, it comes with 3 skirt options – a short one to wear the top as a blouse, a skirt which starts from the hips, and the last, which I’m wearing in the pics below, which starts from the waist. Shirohato also offers a selection of cheap but high quality dresses, all under 100L. Just gotta to love cheap places like these <3
On the sidenote, sorry for the demo skins used. I was playing demos in my skybox.. again. Its my little Bad SL quirk. I’m totally in love with these curio skins. Lovely is really lovely. I’m wearing the 2nd lightest skintone, a huge jump from my usual tan skins. I thought the light ones brought emphasis on the lovely makeup. Love those lips! One of the best red lips I’ve come across. Maybe I’ll get themm hmmm… not in moonshine though… Oh sorry for the photoshopped pics too. I miss photoshop after a month(?) of abstinence :P However, I only played with the lighting. No shading was involved.. so whatever you see here should be rather true to the originals inworld snapshots.
Ps. Oh no, I’m loving pale skins again! Is that good? or bad? hahaz. Ange has to corrupt me again :P

Its been one week since Dice Beattie dropped me a review pack for her clothing lines: Rolls the Dice and Beats. Sorry for the delay! Yea every other blog has already done a review about it… and its my 1st review ever… *hides in shame*.
Well well, what can I say.. obviously, the clothes were vibrant in colour and just screamed, BRIGHTEN up the GRID :P They are certainly a whole different genre from the clothes I normally wear. I love the funky designs and ideas she inject in her clothes. Dice’s clothes are a breathe of fresh air from the usual fashionista high end cool stuff, I guess. The prices are rather reasonable, ranging from a whooping 50L to 120L Rolls the Dice offers casual clothes while Beats aims for the cotoure community in SL.
Instead of doing a regular review (which can be found here and here), I played around with my favourite items(namely the shades and the tees), resulting in a look which is rather “artsy-frenzy” (in the words of my friend, ariel :P) and another which is more downplayed, brighten up only by those cool shades. <3 Hope you like them!

Gossip Girl was the reason I came to SL. The whole bitchy advert CW posted on youtube, “living the SL gossip girl life”, just intrigued me.. though there is too much drama now and its giving me a headache…
I recived this dress from the Canimal Lucky Chair. (Thanks MTC for the tp!) When i put it on, the tie painted on the shirt simply reminded me of blair waldorf, the inspiration of this outfit. One thing about the dress that I really LOVED is the scrupted skirt piece, which framed the bottom/hem of the skirt perfectly w/o any adjustment. The top comes in both jacket and shirt layers, with or w/o tie. The canimal lucky chair is an excellent wait, though it seems to favour C, X, F..
*groans*
I think its a well known fact Blair and Headbands, just like vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce (yummy!), is an excellent combination. Magika is a shop where I go for good quality, cute/anime styles and their Gift for the 2008 PoE hunt was awesome with the dress. This when i got bored searching of waldorf-ish like style and injected my own style into it, creating a look that seem rather cute yet stylish in my opinion. (Psst.. almost every other blog has/is doing some type of gossip girl tribute. I’m sure you can find one to really look like the GG Ladies!)
