The frequency of posting would is slowing down as school’s workload starts to pick up. Just wanna share this outfit I throw on yesterday. Anexx has released these cute sneakers just in time for the new season. Its definitely a breathe of fresh air from the other shoes. C’mon! It is both casual and still have a feminine, glam-edge to it. Love them! Junwave is having a 50% of sale on selected items and this hair (whose name just reminds me of the main character of my favorite Korean drama (You’re Beautiful), but thats another point) is available in a fatpack for a mere 2L. There are a couple more 2L items in the store so do check them out! My friend charming has certainly been busy creating more cute stuff for our “closets”. This cropped cardigan is one of her latest release. Lastly, Shiki Designs has delighted us with this grudgy/faded-ish texture denim jacket that is unisex. Thats all for now! Rayvn, the incredible creator behind Mudhoney, one of my fave furni stores of all time has recently began working on tools to make a photographer’s/bloggers/anyone’s life easier. Introducing the photoble… the concept of a miniroom that brings one to a different world in weird places eg. above my skybox (where I rezzed it XD) with a few simple clicks. The whole thing can be derezzed too after use! Talk about saving prims. The shabby girl photoble has to be my favourite so far. It is every little girl’s dream room, my happy place. The light colours and adorable touches around the room are simply irresistable. I have been waiting for my brain to churn out an outfit which blends with the theme and was glad to be able to use it today. Well.. this is a snapshot of an elven in her room. XD <3 Tomoyo

I love Sayuri and Sayuri’s creations. The sweet Japanese creator is back with more awesomeness to fill our girly sides. Sugar by sugarcube – a line inspired by Japanese RL Fashion and a store which has the cutest logo ever. XD I’m sweating like crazy in RL but I can’t help going with the fall sprit and don on sweaters after sweaters in SL. Hahaz this sweater from Lelutka satisfy my sweater obsession, well for the week. I love the baggyness and the way it drapes the body. Just wished that fully prim clothing like this come in more than one size hmmph… but i must say the glitch layer is really well-done such that the sweater doesn’t look weird with my AO, which really moves alot ^^ so yay! Maitreya shoes are yummy yea? Well … you better agree XD I’m typing at 1am again and my brain is totally dead.. these words is not making sense to me… so.. muah for now and happy belated diwali!

I’M SO GLAD ITS FINALLY FRIDAY. School has been horribly stressful this week gah. Bringing you with this post includes ugly dorothy’s new release, the lillbe skin, an exclusive to the black market, a simply stunning scopeback tank from this is a fawn, doozer.. ahem.. i mean undo’s new jewellery whee! and last but not least, a cute powder skirt which was released this past week by sayuri. I have to draw your attention to the hat right now. I stumbled upon the shop Style Society while waiting for a shop to rez the other day. *Apparently the neighbouring store rezzed faster than the store I was in >.<* This hat is one of their latest creations. It features a colour-changeable base and rim and a buckle at the side which can change in shape! All for a mere price of 50L. The hat is avaliable in packs of 5 colours each, printed or plain. Ahh good deals… there’s 50L fridays and poop hunt right now too! Going off to bury myself under textbooks again. <3<3 Tomoyo

There are some designers that never fail to impress you. Sugarcube and Ohmai are some of them. In lieu of the opening of The Black Market, I went with a folk theme here. the ruffles shirt and the belt which is a part of a pirate-style pants made by Anya are some of the exclusives avaliable at the black market from the aforementioned stores. I was looking for something in barerose when i landed in the accessories section. Lo and Behold, I found the bag which I lusted for but never did find it after seeing it on the barerose blog a few weeks back. \ o / On the sidenote, I’m slowly trying to catch up with blogging, and fitting back into a student life… so if I promise you smth and its not up yet, it’ll be up ASAP kays? Its a Sleepover!

Oh yea! What is summer without an all girls sleepover. ehh.. maybe just for me XD The activities normally includes 1. a crazy dress up time and 2. the mandatory movie marathon. Just drawing your attention to a few items. *pokes* Firstly, the unmatching socks in outfit one are a recent find from DemiDemi. There is a whole wall of socks which are cheap, funky and cute there. Mother Goose is a shop I previously blogged about. I visited the shop yet again the other day and spotted this pack of scarfs for 10L (?) I just adore the simplicity of it and really add a different feel to this outfit in my opinion. Oh, Mother goose is directly beside newreem’s store Duboo so do check it out. Psst, I heard she just released more cute tees <3. On to the 2nd outfit, I gotta say, the notice from sugarcube about its new release came at a perfect timing. I was standing around the studio when I saw the notice for this pair of pants. Next thing I knew, I was standing in the shop buying them. I threw on the pair of checkered slacks from the unreleased Modd G. men line (releasing in a week or so). I was jokingly saying yesterday that it should be called “ah gong” *which stands for grandpa/old men, whichever way you use it* as they look like a pair of pants my late grandpa used to wear. XD They simply look extremely comfy! I totally agree with what Abra said in one of her last posts. Surf Couture definitely win the “SL Fashion” award for creating the best summer basics this year, especially with such an awesome pair of sandals for sale. I craved and bought the N2 Elizabeth skin from blowpop. The freckles are irresistable! Blowpop has a 30% off at its mischief location till the end of today. So if you havn’t got it yet.. get it! No sleepover is complete without some cute stuff toys. The teddy bear from the 1st picture is a one I won from one of those carnival games. Btw, the dogs in the 2nd picture are photoshopped in. The stocks are avaliable on deviant art if anyone’s interested. Just gotta complain a little here: I was gonna include another necklace in the 2nd outfit but poo~ it probably came off when playing with more accessories and I didn’t realise till I was taking credit after I spent like 3 hours editing them. urgh… oh well..

Tuli Hope was released sometime last week but I havn’t had the time to review them till now.. so apologies for the delay. I fell in love with the skin when i first recieved it during blogger’s appreciation week as mentioned in my past entry. Thank you Tuli for the chance to review them ^^
Overall, Tuli’s Hope comes in 5 skintones, mainly pale, fair, sunkissed, tan and dark tan. The 1st thing I noticed when I put on hope is that it has such a younger and more innocent look as compared to tuli’s other skinlines on my shape. Its most likely due to the slighty more glossy face as compared to faith, her previous skin line. Also, the lips is slightly thinner on hope as compared to faith. The eyebrows comes in the usual 4 shades (black, brown, light and red) to suit all the hair colours you would ever wear including purple(?) XD. Generally, they are rather thin and fine, which is awesome and fitting for this younger and adorable face.
On to the makeup, well my favourite part. Hope comes with 10 makeup, including a natural makeup (which you could get if you join the update group, totally worth to stay in and to pay for XD) The next 2 pictures shows some of the makeup avaliable in the differnt skintones. Note, the 9th makeup is shown in the body shot right below and the 10th, the natural makeup is not shown here.)

As seen above, the makeups are generally natural, nothing over the top. There is also a huge range of makeup offered ranging from the neutral and plainer ones like gig to the glam ones like sultry and gala. My favourites would probably be gig (as it is such a beautiful neutral makeup and gives me the most innocent look out of all the makeups XD), tequilla and summer (its 2 of the 3 makeups avaliable with double colour eyeshadow. YES double colour eyeshadows, everyone should do it! I lurve them so much!). On to the body, the skins have a slight “glow” on it, not too soft, not too hard. Just perfect. Shading and highlighting wise, they are flawless as usual and maintained that soft look that I love on the Tuli skins. Oh, have i mentioned I love the fingernails? They seem to be super realistic and flows flawlessly with the rest of the hand. <3 You would have to teepee to Tuli to take a look at the body yourselves. Hope is my favourite Tuli skin ever and definitely worth a try :)
Of course I cant leave the post with just a skin review. The outfit below is put together as inspired by the skin. *aka, the skin and makeup was chose 1st XD* The look is kept rather simple. While shopping today, I found this awesome Japanese store, Spica, which offers a selection of jewellry and clothes (well they have quite a few socks XD). The chain tie below caught my eye as its the 1st chain tie I ever seen in Sl and its beautifully made. Lurve it! I mentioned freshtrash in my last post earlier today and here I’m spotting one of the jeans that Itny made. The jeans are entirely handdrawn and is perfection. The socks layer instead of a prim is a stroke of genius, allowing the jeans to have the look that its too long for our AVs. This is indeed a breathe of fresh air. The jewellery, both earrings and bangle is from the creator’s pavilion sale. The earrings might not be visible in the picture but woahh, you have to check it out. It is slightly oriental, such as the stone at the top of the earring which reminds me of one of those precious stones I see in the jewellery shops.
