An IDF officer was rescued Monday afternoon by Palestinian Authority police officers after he mistakenly entered Jenin.

It's a shame when Jews can't enter their own Jenin, thought to be the site of the Israelite village of En-gannim (עין גנים), mentioned in the Jewish Bible.

But like everything else Islam has hijacked, Islam has also hijacked Jenin.

The officer, a major serving in the army's Central Command, was on his way to the Mevo Dotan settlement in the northern West Bank but accidentally drove into Jenin, located seven miles northeast of the settlement.

Local Palestinian residents who noticed the officer driving into the city hurled rocks at his car, forced him out and began beating him.

A Palestinian policeman spotted the angry mob and called for backup. The security officers struggled to reach the battered officer and several shots were apparently fired before they managed to extract him from the crowd moments before his vehicle was set aflame.

Shortly after the incident the Islamic Jihad angrily accused the PA Preventive Security forces of thwarting an attempt by the organization to kidnap the officer in the heart of Jenin.

It's horrific that an Arab from the disputed territories can safely walk into Jewish towns, whereas a Jew almost definitely would be hurt, maimed or killed doing the same in an Arab town.

This inversion of balance and absolute disrespect for the value of a Jewish life must be addressed by Muslim society and culture.

Israeli Arab lawmaker calls on Muslims to "liberate Jerusalem"

MK Ibrahim Sarsour (UAL-TA'AL) drew the ire of right-wing Knesset members on Sunday when he called for "Muslims and Arabs" to "liberate Jerusalem. Speaking at the "Jerusalem First" conference in Ramallah, the lawmaker emphasized the importance of Jerusalem to Islam, and called on participants to "act together to become a torrent on the road to liberation." "Just as the Muslims once liberated Jerusalem from the Crusaders, so must we today believe that we can liberate Jerusalem. It is not an impossible dream," he said.

I'll tell you what is an impossible dream: to believe that Arabs - who have been slaughtering Jews since the 1880's instead of negotiating with them - deserve anything at all. There would be no issue today, if Arabs were willing to share the land. If the combined Arab states had won the wars which they instigated against Israel, would they have benevolently pulled back so Jews could build their own state? No one is that dumb.

Arabs chose war with Israel. Arabs suffer the consequences. Israel doesn't need to join Arabs in their suffering for choosing war and murdering the Jewish people because Arabs were too greedy and too ethno-centric to accept their own state in 1948, which they chose to decline. Besides, it is not citizenship or a nation that Arabs want, but a reactionary vision that would erase Israel from the map.

Ibrahim Sarsour also reveals the true nature of the Arab intentions: the demand to free themselves from Jews is nothing but the first installment in the eventual expulsion of all Jews from Israel, as clearly stated in the Palestinian National Charter.

Arabs and their pro-Islam agenda are ready to toss the Jews into the cage in order to feed the Islamic beast. How long until the Jewish people realize that? When will the Jewish people stop the palestinian Arabs from committing ethic cleansing of indigenous Jews from their ancient homeland, Israel?

Unfortunately, the point of all this is that discussing the finer points of Ibrahim Sarsour's baby-killing religion/culture/history is like discussing economics with a sign post. Although I'm tired of having to endure the trumped-up concoction of superstitions and deceit which is islam, merely because the world was cursed by having its main energy source located under the feet of savages, I'll never tire of telling the world that Israel is a legitimate and sovereign nation.

Because unlike the political arabian nation, the Zionist movement represents a return, not an invasion. Arabs are the invaders, the thieves and the land-squatters, not the Jews.

Israel's parliament has always had Arab lawmakers — today, they number 13 members out of 120. But the country has had only one Arab cabinet minister before: Salah Tarif, a Druse, who was appointed in 2001 and forced to resign nine months later under a cloud of corruption allegations. This appointment was more contentious
because Muslim and Christian Arabs, unlike the Druse, do not serve in the army and have a far weaker identification with Israel. Arabs have been slowly taking on a more visible role in Israeli society in recent years. There is an Arab Supreme Court justice, as well as several diplomats and senior civil servants. There is also a smattering of Arab TV journalists and actors, along with a former national beauty queen and the winner of the Israeli version of America's Next Top Model.

Israeli Arabs who fled Katyushas humiliated by arabs while visiting West Bank cities

Several Arab families decided to act on Hizbullah Chief Hassan Nasrallah's "recommendation" and leave rocket-stricken Haifa during the war in south Lebanon. They traveled to Palestinian towns like Bethlehem and Ramallah, and even to east Jerusalem, but soon after decided they had rather return home and face the rocket menace. The reason: The bad treatment awarded to them in hotels, restaurants and stores, as well as ongoing harassments of their wives and daughters on the part of the local residents.
