More pictures of Bella and Sophie

Big sister Sophie checking out Bella.

She approves!

We're framing this one!

Dr. Grady, Elizabeth's doctor who delivered Bella. Very few doctors (in California, at least) are supportive of VBACs, but Dr. Grady was supportive and was at the hospital from the time Elizabeth checked in until she delivered per the hospital's rules.
He did a really good job!

"Baby Girl's" name

We are pleased to finally announce the name of our new baby girl is...
Bella Morgan Cullimore!
We came home from the hospital today and are getting adjusted to having the same number of parents and kids. It's a different game all of a sudden! We'll post more pictures soon!

New Baby Girl!!

Elizabeth's contractions began yesterday (1/23) at about 6 PM and continued to get worse and more frequent until about 9:45 PM when we decided it was time to go to the hospital. The contractions continued to get even worse and more frequent at the hospital. Elizabeth was pretty uncomfortable until she got the epidural, then things calmed down quite a bit for a few hours...until the pushing began.

She began pushing a little after 1 AM and our beautiful baby girl was born at 1:53 AM on January 24, 2009. She weighed 7 pounds, 14.5 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

The reason I haven't mentioned her name is that it hasn't been settled 100%. It will be settled shortly according to the rules of the hospital who won't let us leave without deciding on a name...

Here are a couple of pictures to capture the past 20 hours:

A very proud father!

Grandma Davis who flew in from Arizona to help us out!

Our beautiful baby girl!!

Our delivery nurse who did a great job -- Alma.

She has been looking forward to this for a long time!

Twilight Addiction!

I need to go to Twilights Anonymous! As pathetic as it may sound, I haven't read a book (besides pregnancy, parenting or church manuals) in about 8 years, and since I opened Twilight last week I haven't been able to stop reading! I am on the third book and am forcing myself to slow down so it doesn't end so fast! I realize I'm like 3 years behind everyone, but I had no idea I would be so into these books! I'm sure Brady will be excited when I'm done with the last book so we can have normal dinners and conversations that don't revolve around Edward!

Brooklyn had her baby!

On Tuesday, September 9th, Brooklyn & Jeff had their first baby, a beautiful baby boy named Adam! He is such a doll! After almost 3 hours of intense pushing, he came via c-section. Brooklyn was so sweet and positive during the whole thing. I'm so glad I got to be there. On Monday evening Brooklyn's blood pressure was SO high so her doctor told her to get to the hospital immediately, this baby needed to be born ASAP! She called me, I taught my aerobics class, then Sophie & I hopped on a plane to AZ. We're glad we made it there in time! He was 3 weeks early and the sweet little peanut weighed 5 lbs 15 ounces.

He is such a pretty baby.

The happy family!

His first birthday cake! Our Aunt Jane brought it to the hospital right before he was born!

Sophie loves little "Alum" as she calls him!

She wanted to give him lots of kisses!

Chuck E. Cheese

We took Sophie to Chuck E. Cheese for the first time today! She loved the pizza and ate three slices! I discovered that if you load the pizza up with parmesan cheese and ranch dressing it's not that horrible!

Sophie loved all the action, but was not a fan of the 9-foot singing characters! She won 20 tickets and traded them in for some tattoos! We were very proud...

We're having a GIRL!!

We were so excited when we found out on Tuesday that we're having another girl! I am almost 20 weeks along, and I'm due January 26th! Sophie loves to touch my belly and say, "baby," but I don't think she understands that a real person is going to come and turn her life upside down temporarily. She really loves babies so I hope she's excited when her sister comes!

Summer in Review

We had a great summer! I didn't capture a lot, but here are a few pictures from the last three months:

Rachael, Brooklyn, Tarrah and Me at Brooklyn's baby shower! She is due in a couple weeks!

Grandpa, Sophie and the triplets in the irrigation! ( I tried not to think of all the bugs that were in there!)

My 10-year High School Reunion! I went with my great friends Sheri, Catherine and Lynndsey!

Sophie LOVES to swim! She took "daddy & me" swim lessons at the YMCA!

The Banks family vacationed in Newport Beach so we all crashed the party! It looks like preschool on a boat.

I love this picture of Sophie and the trips on the merry-go-round.

The triplets turned 2 in June.

Sophie & I went to Disneyland with the Banks family!

The trouble makers! But they're just so cute!

Sophie on one of her many airplane rides this summer. I think she's flown 30 times now.

Brady turned 31 in June!

I really miss Kavita. I can't believe she moved to India. It was a really sad day for me.

Sophie & Do-dos on the slide during our vacation in Oceanside.

We miss them so much. Life is not the same without them.
