JForum is a powerful and robust discussion board system implemented in Java. It provides an attractive interface, an efficient forum engine, an easy to use administrative panel, an advanced permission control system and much more. Built from the ground up around an MVC framework , it can be deployed on any Servlet 3.1 container or application server running at least Java 8, such as Tomcat, Jetty and JBoss/WildFly. Its clean design and implementation make JForum easy to customize and extend. Dithaka is a dynamic mailing list and collaboration engine written in Java. It merges the concepts of mailing list and web forum; every message sent to the list appears as a post in the forum, and every post to the forum generates a message to the list

EJBlog is a simple blogging system, fully implemented using J2EE with a MySQL database. More features are planned for the future.

This is your basic news poster, however, it has a few twists. The idea is that you can post messages to be stored in any format (ie. XML, MySQL, etc). Messages can be retrieved in the same way. It is written in all java using jsp and taglibs.

The Floranta libraries provide components for building Rich Client Wikis using AJAX or Java.
