CMakeLists.txt:

remove the line "Subversion_WC_INFO(.. MY)", as it stopped the build
(cmake build error)! Made the major the version.

changed writting into developing (there is a spelling error in writting
should be writing, and developing seems better).

INSTALL:
I remove the "#" in the INSTALL, so one can just triple click his / her
mouse and paste the command.
