Commit [r224]  Maximize  Restore  History

- Change --display-filter to the more understandable --filter.

- Changed the default FILTER setting to: FILTER="frame.number >= 1"
This way all packages are shown, and nothing is hidden from the
user. It's up to the user to set the filter.
- Improved callflow manual
