- build: Fix building rpm/deb packages (they got broken in rev 11986)

- build: Try to fix deb and rpm packages after the changes to ThreadSearch and DoxyBlocks

* UI: Move images to codecompletion.zip instead storing them on the file system and fix all build systems

* DoxyBlocks: Do not use images from images/16x16 folder use them from the resources.zip file directly

> This makes the dependency explicit, so it is easier to track.
> The folders images/NNxNN aren't used or at least shouldn't be used, so
there is no point copying files there.

- rpm: Add 22x22 and 32x32 folders to the generated rpm files

- rndgen: Add the zip/so files for the plugin to the spec files for CentOS/RHEL/Fedora (ticket #736)
