GHCN Processor is a command-line tool that produces temperature series by analyzing the Global Historical Climatology Network (GHCN) v2 database made available by the National Climatic Data Center of NOAA. It allows filtering temperature stations by various characteristics (e.g. stations in the Southern Hemisphere at an altitude higher than 500 meters) by means of EL expressions.
