TIM Code

Added a text document that explains how to import TIM into Eclipse.
Extended the RelativisticAnyFocusSurfaceCamera and EditableRelativisticAnyFocusSurfaceCamera classes to use the Galilean transform instead of the Lorentz transform. Also created GalileanTransform class to be able to do this.
