#1995 sparc solaris 8 test results in lots of errors

SPARC Solaris 8, accessed via Exceed 8.0.0.0 on a
Windows XP SP2 system.

Tcl 8.4.12 RC 3 and Tk 8.4.12 RC 2

Configured via
./configure --prefix=/tmp --enable-threads
--enable-shared --enable-symbols --enable-langinfo

I am attaching the results of the "make test" - 44
tests failed.

Caveat - this is the first time I've run the test
through Exceed. Normally I run the test straight on
Solaris.
So I don't have any experience for comparison.

    Okay, I have run the make test using a native Solaris
    console, rather than running through Exceed 8.0.0.0 . I end
    up with 10 errors (however, at least 2 or 3 are pretty
    serious; the test hangs and never completes, requiring me to
    quit the test widget so that the test continues.

    I will attach the output to this comment.
