It's not possible to enter left-side fourth level keys from the Neo layout (see http://neo-layout.org/\) with X server/GNU Linux. Mod4+v/ü/p should give Backspace/Escape/Return respectively, but give control characters. Mod4+ö works (Tab), the rest does nothing.
