What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in python-2.7.3.amd64\Lib\site-packages\pythonwin, dblclick pythonwin.exe
2. Dialog comes up "Still can't get my hands on win32ui"
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is running on Windows7 64 bit OS

Same with 2.7.5 and win2007x64.
I am also having issues with iPython Qt Console, pythonw crashes when I launch it.
