Here you will find functions and scripts that are useful when analysing intracranial EEG data (from depth SEEG electrodes, or ECoG subdural grids).
Functions are for MATLAB.
We use these function in FRONT neurolab (RITMO, University of Oslo) to do our analysis. Some are simple modifications from someone else's code. Other's
are fully ours.
Many functions are designed to work in combination with FieldTrip (http://www.fieldtriptoolbox.org/) and iElectrodes toolbox (https://sourceforge.net/projects/ielectrodes/).
Documentation can be scarce in same cases, but I'm happy to help you (just send me an email).
