Airy

Pros: It's been worked for several years. It has a great UX and require few clicks to make users download YouTube videos easily.

Cons: It doesn't work for more than 6 months and still going on. I'm very upset they were selling this product as a lifetime deal, but it wasn't.

Overall: Broken product.

Pros: It was great when it worked. You could download playlists and queue dozens of youtube videos which would successfully download.

Cons: Does not work anymore. Looks like the Airy team have made their money and now don't care.

Overall: Won't be renewing my subscription as the product no longer delivers. Will be switching to another product.

Pros: I like that many years ago it worked for downloading YouTube. It was easy to use and had few issues, most of which were resolved with updates.

Cons: Now it doesn't and has not for well over 6 months. There have been promises of an upgrade but none have been developed. I signed up for life time usage. Fortunately I got 3-4 good years out of them.

Overall: Disappointing if they are still promoting the site as a downloading site because they don't deliver.

Pros: The trial version allows three downloads. It has a simple copy and paste URL method for downloading, so easy to use. Miraculously I succeeded in downloading all three videos on the trial version which led me to falsely believe that I would be able to download all the other videos that I wanted. Unfortunately after paying for the pro version I could only download something like every third video on the first day and after that no videos at all.

Cons: I asked for help and got an automated reply asking me if I was using the right menu to log in. I assured them that I was. Then I got a reply asking me if I was using the right menu to log out. I assured them that I was. The communication then stopped for a day or so, after which I asked for a refund as it wasn't working. I sent screen shots and explained in detail what I had attempted to do to get it working. I received an automated reply saying it was a problem that they were trying to resolve by the next update. After three attempts all of which received the same automated reply I tried to get hold of Cleverbridge. No joy there either.

Overall: You will not get any form of qualified help. You will not be able to download all of the videos you want, (I can only speak for the videos that I tried to download of course), so basically it's a waste of your money. On the other hand I can recommend iFly.

Pros: When it did work it was good and fast. It's useless now. Majority of time does not work and displays an error. Extremely frustrating.

Cons: Doesn't work of a lot of link downloads, YouTube, SoundCloud, etc where it once did and support is next to 0. They are poor communicators and slow to respond, let alone given any explanation or fix for issues.

Overall: Once upon a time good, now a waste of money. Don't waste your money on this program that does not do what is supposed too.
