    "Not reliable - No Real Tech support - basic tech"

    Pros: Demo software works good but migrating big mailboxes is big issue, missing folders (random) and emails.

    Cons: Major issues, used their product. Did the Demo with their software, which has 50 item restriction and worked really well.However, when I purchased the full version, I migrated over 20 users mailbox., only to find that randomly some folders were totally ignored, complete inbox messages were ignored for some mailboxes. The log on screen showed, no issues and it migrated everything. Upon discovering this, I contacted their support, which is really basic, out of the school type. They first told me to turn off anti virus software etc., and redo the migration., even though I told them when I redo the migration, it randomly skips the folders with tons of emails, they did not accept the issue with their software. We had remote session and I showed them the problem on different computers and multiple time migrations.

    Overall: Really horrible, lost Time spent on over 20 mailboxes, Missing emails and folders. Not reliable., the log shows it was successful.
