    "AWFUL SERVICE"

    Pros: There is nothing good to say.

    Cons: AWFUL SERVICE, I have been trying to add a new property for two days to be able to make online payments and it simply DOESN'T WORK.

    Overall: I have called customer service MANY TIMES and NOBODY KNOWS OR UNDERSTANDS how this works!!! FIRST SERVICE MANAGEMENT does not give you another payment option, both services are AWFUL!
