    "Fantastic Software and World Class Customer Service"

    Pros: The competency manager has helped our organization track our training and competency of our employees. It has allowed us to ensure our employee have the tools they need to produce high quality product. The product is easy to use, but also robust. Our organization is complex, this program allows us to track the intricacies of our work while still allowing all of our workers to be able to navigate it.

    Beyond the software, I cannot speak highly enough about the CABEM team. Their team is responsive, helpful, and incredibly open minded. They truly want to help their customers thrive and they are always seeking feedback to make their system better. They have assisted every step of the way.

    Cons: I don't have any cons. My only advice is to take your time when configuring the system. It is complex and doing it right is important, having to undo the configuration and redo it is a lot of work!

    Overall: This is a fantastic product! They are constantly innovating an already impressive platform. Their response time is incredible and their passion behind their product is clear to see.

    "Fantastic product and Team!!"

    Pros: The team worked with me to customize this program to fit our training and compliance needs. They were very patient with me as we worked together.

    Cons: Due to several built in design features not being needed for our company, it took a bit of discovery to decide what needed to be taken out to avoid user confusion.

    Overall: This software is going to allow us to operate in the most efficient way. Without this software we would have potentially had to hire several employees to accomplish these tasks.
