    Pros: Nothing. Really nothing is good with them. The only thing good would have been not working with them.

    Cons: Doesn't pick up the parcels on agreed dates.
    Refuses to help with lost parcels during shipping.
    Refuses to issue refunds for undelivered services.

    Overall: Terrible. Don't work with them or you will be scammed. They don't deliver the service. They refuse to help you if they don't provide it. Run.

    " I can't even put into words how disappointed"

    Pros: I thought the price was good, but it turned out sooo much more expensive that I could ever imagined after all the massive damage and missing items and parcels.

    Cons: Not reliable.
    Things missing.
    What arrive is destroyed.
    NO customer support.
    Won't take responsibility for damages.

    Overall: I requested a shipment for 9 boxes and a painting. 3 of the boxes never arrived and the ones that did along with the painting were all destroyed (everything was perfectly and carefully packed before collection!).
    The process of claiming is being awful, they say they don't get responsible for anything as this was shipped by another company, they're not giving me any support, they're not answering my questions and just requesting more and more information - most of them was sent on the first emails...we already exchanged 35 emails or more and we are still in the middle of the process with no warranties or any kind of support or answers given. I can't even put into words how disappointed I am about the all experience.

    "AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! "

    Pros: How to write 100 characters for that? I guess that I received 30% of my items is considered a pro for them..?

    Cons: Lost and damaged products.
    Took Over 10 months, hundreds of emails and calls with claims to get a "refund" to cover my phone calls costs.

    Overall: I wish I could put a minus review!
    -First, they were late to collect the 2 suitcases.
    -Then the few working days for the suitcases became 2 months and they refused to change the delivery address.
    -Out of the 2 suitcases only the one arrived and was broken.
    -2 months later they said they don't take responsibility for the broken one and they blamed the person that received it that it didn't report it directly (as it wasn't me because they refused to change the delivery address, in the same city)
    -Then for the 2nd suitcase they admitted that they LOST it!
    -After 10+ MONTHS(!!!), of hundreds of emails and calls trying to get a refund and every time coming with a stupid excuse they decided to give a ridiculous amount for a refund even I paid extra to have insurance! The amount was not even covering 2 empty suitcases and they were saying "We have good news and are happy that we managed to get you a refund"! And they blamed that "i didn't have receipts" for the clothes and whatever was inside the suitcase.
    Biggest joke i heard in my life.

    "Terrible Service. Do not use this company"

    Pros: Nothing. There are no pros to this service. If you cannot provide a service just shut down your company. Do not rob us!

    Cons: Never came to pickup my bag. Wasted so many days waiting on them. They do not provide any justification or information . Do not refund either. Totally abysmal service.
    They do not co-ordinate with the courier company (DPD in France) and are basically useless.

    Overall: Overall experience = Loss of time, money and peace of mind. I recommend that nobody should use this service.

    "BAD SERVICE EVER!"

    Pros: Just the price so it's difficult to write 100 words about a service that it is not good. I'm sorry...

    Cons: Customer service, website, no transparency with their clients etc.

    Overall: 1° Case Germany-Italy: on 9.9.20, I stayed at home all day, but my luggage wasn’t picked up. I called the following day, and they said they were sorry and that my luggage will be picked up. The courier came on 10.9. They are always asking for reviews before the parcel is picked up. And the strange thing is that they don’t ask how the experience was afterward, but when you place an order, you will automatically receive an e-mail saying to evaluate your experience. Even if they were sending me reminders to give a review, I explained that I’m not going to do it because the service was not good and that I want to give them another chance.


    2° Case Germany-Netherlands: on 15.09, I chose that my parcel needs to be picked up on 22.09. Same thing, asking for reviews. On 22.09, I called requesting a confirmation that they will come. One of the agents told me yes, it’s confirmed and sent me an e-mail. I stayed at home another day, and they didn’t come!!! I sent an e-mail asking what happened, and they postponed it automatically on 24.09 (two days later!!!). I called, and I said it was not possible because I won’t be at home, I’m moving. I also talked with their manager, who told me my parcel would be picked up on 23.09 and advised me to call DPD (They never answered). The manager said to me that it could be because I have an Italian number. I called both with an Italian number and a German one but still did not answer.
    23.09 again. they didn’t come. I called the following day on 24.09 AGAIN before my leaving. The first agent told me to ask someone to stay at home and received the package for me. I talked again with the manager, and this was one of his suggestions as well. That was what I did. They didn’t come again. On 25.09, I called AGAIN and firstly, I talked to an agent who told me DPD didn’t pick up my luggage because one of her colleagues has miswritten my address. She could see it in the system. I talked with the manager and I asked to be refunded. He told me that they cannot refund my money immediately because it takes a maximum of 30 days, but I will be refunded and invite me to read the terms and conditions (I have his e-mail). On 29.09, I received this e-mail from one of their agents:

    “I am sorry for this experience, I see that the order has been canceled already by one of my colleagues but unfortunately, we can not refund this order as it was confirmed already. What we can do is to freeze it so we can use this balance for a further shipment. Please let us know if this suits you so we can proceed accordingly.”


    I was told that one of the possible reason was that I put an Italian number. WRONG, because when a person places an order, they write clearly that the courier is NOT obliged to call the customer and IF they call, they will call just the local number. I was at home all day, and they didn’t come.

    I was told that it’s because I was living on a university campus. WRONG, because I wrote my address correctly, also putting my room number to know who they have to ring. PLUS: the building door is ALWAYS opened. Indeed, the courier didn’t ring the first time, but he came directly even to my floor.

    I was told that DPD is having problems with the delivery. It can happen, but how is it possible that you don’t inform your customers? And that you give a phone number that it’s not available?

    Summary: I found out that DPD didn’t come because one of the EUROSENDER agents miswrote my address when he or she postponed it. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

    Advice: YOU NEED TO BE TRANSPARENT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. Have agents that know what they are doing and not that everyone is telling something different. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! I DON’T WANT TO FREEZE ANYTHING.

    "They delayed one month!!! Nightmare service "

    Pros: I got the service because no thought it was cheap. Don't trust the reviews because they ask to give a review after the booking. So most of the people give the review for the booking process and not for the whole service that is crap.

    Cons: Delay of one week to collect the parcel.
    Horrible customer service.
    Non reliable.
    One month delay to deliver!!

    Overall: Nightmare company.. Definitely you should pay a bit more and get a reliable service (DHL, UPS, etc.).

    "DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES"

    Pros: There are absolutely NO PROS!
    They take absolutely no responsibility for anything after you pay them!

    Cons: Eurosender DO NOT take responsibility for the parcels they loose (which they announce in their website that is considerably hard, but I hardly disagree on this fake statistics).
    They have hired a supplier (DPD) for the shipment of one of my parcels and they lost it. They said they are sorry for the inconvenience and then thanked me for my "understanding" and "patience".

    Is this some kind of joke?! To top it off, they don't even reimburse me for the shipment that didn't happen?! So, summarizing, they STEAL all my luggage and charge me for doing so!

    If you want your parcel/luggage delivered somewhere, make sure to hire a professional company that actually cares about you, and not only about taking your money.

    Overall: DO NOT make the same MISTAKE I did.
    DON'T HIRE THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

    They will loose your parcel/luggage and take no responsibility for it!

  • You should probably think very carefully before using Eurosender and I'm speaking from experience unfortunately. There are no guarantees you will receive your shipment. You pay upfront but in case of a lost packet or parcel, there are no refunds. You have no say in choosing carriers for the delivery. You will have to wait a long time for closure. Support is abysmal and you're basically on your own. What you do get in every response from Eurosender is a detailed disclaimer explaining how Eurosender bears no responsibilities for lost or damaged parcels and no responsibilities if the service you had to pay for upfront isn't provided as advertised. So it turns out this is a rather expensive shipping service, not only moneywise, but timewise as well.
