Pros: It's available where I need it, on my phone but also on my computer. It has groups for me to organize my clients. It has a broadcast for sending generalized messages to multiple people. I also share the number with someone else so its nice to share the ability to text easily.

Cons: Nothing so far, I thought the 2 factor authentication code was annoying but I toggled it off.

Overall: Great so far, much happier with it. I was hesitant to switch because I was worried it'd be too much to have another application but its actually fine, it integrates where we need it and it's worth it for how much easier this is.
