Jenesis Agency Management

Pros: Very easy to use once you're trained to work on it. We switched to this new system and so far no glitches or crashes since I started using it.

Cons: Had some trouble looking up features for clients who we previously worked with.

Overall: Once we got introduced to the system, I was very skeptical because of the number of steps but it got easier. Turned out to be good system to work on.

Pros: Filing my policies electronically is a plus. No more shelves of endless paper files. Great time saver.

Cons: Sometimes there are glitches and updates don't appear.

Overall: Overall the program is very useful to me and my daily routine of having to keep records updated. Plus new ones.

Pros: This system has streamlined our management processes. It's easy to navigate and their customer service has been ideal!

Cons: Sometimes the policies that download show up as a different type of policy. But it's easy enough to switch them.

Overall: We've had a great experience with the implementation of this product and are glad we switched to Jenesis!

Pros: Easy to work with. Excellent Customer Service at Jenesis. Always willing to help and train if necessary. Highly would recommend.

Cons: Would like to learn more about printing receipts from the customers file. That part is a little confusing. Wish downloading from other insurance companies was included and not required to be paid for.

Overall: Excellent Service. Great Customer Service. A lot of it was easy to figure out but some assistance was needed.

Pros: Jenesis software is easy to use for our insurance agency. All your information you need is in one place and easy to access.

Cons: I have not found anything I don't like about Jenesis.

Overall: I have had a great experience with Jenesis. It's nice to see a company that is there to help if you need anything.

Pros: I like how user friendly it is, since I use this software everyday and it is an integral part of my job. The customer service is also unmatched, if I ever have an issue or need help, I always get it immediately.

Cons: When there are updates it can throw me off because I tend to work fast and muscle memory kicks in.

Overall: My overall experience with Jenesis Software is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for something similar.

Pros: I came into the industry knowing not much about anything... And after just 3 months of using the Jenesis interface I feel like I have a firm grasp on the field I am in thanks to the training videos and ease of use

Cons: Not many to name! Sometimes the downloads can come in a little wonky

Overall: It has been a great experience to work with the team I am with, the ease of use, features, design of Jenesis is great and the support is always there if you need it!

Pros: Fast and easy to use.
Downloading information is fast.
Inputting customers information is easy and simple.

Cons: Sometimes there is glitches but Jenesis team always fixes it fast.

Overall: I use Jenesis everyday. I can even access it with my phone. My overall experience is amazing! All ways there when I need it.

Pros: The ability to have customer information all in one place is extremely important when an agency is fully remote.

Cons: This is not applicable. If we have a minor issue, it is resolved immediately.

Overall: I have been using this system since I started in 2009. I would not have it any other way. Thanks, Jenesis

Pros: Everything. From the knowledgeable team to the ease of use. If there is anything they can do for you.....they will go the extra mile.

Cons: Like everything. Have nothing but good things to say about Jenesis. Always willing to go the extra mile to help assist their customers. Will always recommend Jenesis to anyone.

Overall: Great. Fantastic. Very pleased with all of the Jenesis team. Always goes the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of.

Pros: Jenesis keeps all of our clients in one place, so we can work from any office (or home) and access them in one place. It's easy to use and keeps all the info we need for our clients.

Cons: There are occasionally macro errors, but tech support is great at helping. Super friendly and fast!

Overall: I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to organize their clients! It's easy for everyone in the office to pick up and is a valuable tool to have.

Pros: That platform is extremely easy to use and learn. The training staff are very patient and simply amazing. This is the best decision I made for my AMS.

Cons: Looking forward to merging my office outlook email with the service.

Overall: Overall, I would whole heartedly recommend this software to any agency who is either struggling or frustrated with their current AMS. I am very happy with the product.

Pros: I love have easy the system is to learn and training is fantastic. I have used multiple systems and this one is great.

Cons: We have a problem with the list of coverage but the support team is working on this for us!

Overall: My overall experience have been great so far. We just started but it's been very helpful to us definitely with the reports

Pros: It was very easy to learn. The staff communicated with us very well and made learning this system FLAWLESS. I am so glad we made the switch!

Cons: There isn't really much to say that is bad about this system. Some of our policy numbers didn't come over correctly but thats a simple fix.

Overall: Overall this is a great system, the system we had before was not very practical and took a few days to learn. This system we had down within a day and we love it.

Pros: This system is very user friendly. The suspense feature is one of my favorites because it helps keep up with pending to-dos.

Cons: I feel like the calendar could be a little easier to use.

Overall: We enjoy Jenesis in our office. There has been so kinks to work out but the staff is very easy to address any concerns with.

Pros: It is very helpful to have everything at your finger tips when a customer is needing something. All in one spot to pull up and get thing completed quickly.

Cons: There is not a lot that I don't like about this company.

Overall: We use it for an everyday tool to help make things easy for everyone in the office. Great for communication with each other with the notes and follow ups.

Pros: The ease of finding clients, uploading media files, entering payments into the system and updating information.

Cons: The rating system is not as easy as the old Jenesis but learning how to work it.

Overall: It has been a learning experience and I think that overall it is a good system and holds a lot of information.

Pros: We are so happy to be my moving to Jenesis. This product is extremely innovative, it offers many organized features that help track production, organize your day, and grow your agency.

Cons: None so far. Everything about it is outstanding. The more we learn the features, the more excited we are about switching.

Overall: Excellent, this product is truly amazing. The way it works with you and your work flow for the day, is so organized. It allows us to take the best care of our clients and our agency.

Pros: What I like about Jenesis was that it's easy to use and we are able to keep up with policies and also our renewals.

Cons: What I didn't like is that we still have to make payments through our main portal.

Overall: I will be using the system daily the training process was easy and understanding . I would recommend it.

Pros: I like the ease of using the functions for our insurance company. It makes it very easy to find customers when we have them come into the office to make their payments. It cuts down our time.

Cons: I don't like the many areas that are confined to administrators only. We have more than one office and it makes it hard if we can't correct a receipt, can't add companies, etc. There is just too many little things that have not been worked out properly.

Overall: Overall, I like the software because it makes it easier to look up customers to see which company they are in when they come in to the office to make a payment.
