RSVPify

Pros: RSVPify massively helped to coordinate the guests at our two events nights. It's a really straight forward platform to use and did (almost) everything that we needed!

Cons: They've said they are working on Salesforce integration, but it's been awhile. Would be nice not to manually have to upload spreadsheets to Salesforce, but at least data exports from RSVPify are easy

Overall: I will definitely be using this again for the next events as everything from the online RSVP to the final guest list was smooth :)

Pros: As a non-profit organization, pulling off a Convention can be daunting with limited time given all the work is done by volunteers with busy lives. RSVPify not only gave us an amazing tool to gather information in one compact place where we could download and manipulate the information to pass on to different sub-committees, they also gave us a discount for being non-profit. I received correspondence from them shortly after I created the event under their free event umbrella, asking if I needed assistance.

Cons: Nothing really stood out as a big con, but it would be nice to be able to select which data is exported in a certain batch to save some time when you want to share different event and guest details with different audiences in an easy to read spreadsheet.

Overall: It was their hands-on approach to customer service that guided me into upgrading to avail of the detailed features that would help make the gathering of information more streamlined. I can't say enough about how user friendly the forms were to create our event and how pleased we are to roll out our RSVP page to our members. Thank you, RSVPify!

Pros: RSVPify is a fantastic and easy to use system for sending out, receiving, tracking, and following up with RSVPs for events. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely be using it for all of our future events!

Cons: Really good site but the pricing could be reviewed for smaller companies that would only use the service a handful of times per annum.

Overall: Thus far, RSVPify has been a wonderful platform to manage our events.

Pros: A very fairly priced, flexible and reliable RSVP solution. RSVPify worked perfectly for us. Before using RSVPify, I had to build my own rsvp system using ExpressionEngine to accomplish 50% of what RSVP gave us in a fraction of the time. I can’t wait to use RSVPify again.

Cons: Nothing major off the top of my head, but some more video tutorials for "first timers" would be great...

Overall: I am very satisfied with RSVPify and would recommend it to anyone planning an event requiring RSVPs. Super intuitive!
