    "Nothing but issues"

    Pros: As of right now, I cannot come up with a pro. Would be hard pressed to find anything good about it right now. Not a cloud-based software, which makes it very difficult to access.

    Cons: I am paying for a software that doesn't work. I have called so many times, on the phone for hours and sometimes the issues gets resolved, most of the issue does not get resolved. Having issues now, and they can't seem to figure it out.

    Overall: Very dissatisfied and really need to find a new software to use. Going to ask around if anyone has any better luck with another software.
