Whenever I’ve had questions or run into issues, their support team has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. This really builds trust in the system and shows how committed they are to making sure customers are satisfied.

Cons: Some users have mentioned that a few features or processes can be a little confusing at first. This could be improved with clearer instructions or a more intuitive layout. Making navigation simpler and more straightforward would help users find what they need faster—saving time and cutting down on unnecessary frustration.

Pros: I appreciate that the Moodle integration is built-in and ready to be activated upon installation. This integration allows you to create users in Moodle and enroll them in courses directly from the Student Information System.
I also like that nearly all the premium plugins and modules have free versions available, so you're not forced to upgrade.

Cons: I was disappointed that there isn't a built-in feature to set up OAuth 2.0. However, there is a built-in function to add Google and Facebook login options.

Overall: The platform is highly customizable, and I particularly appreciate the wide variety of extended features available through its free plugins and modules.

Pros: It can be accessed from smartphones or tablets, and it is quite easy to customize.

Cons: It lacks some features and the grades system is quite hard to understand.
