    Pros: Simple to use interface. Product recommendation emails which are an excellent feature - presenting your subscribers with products they are most likely to purchase. The staff are fantastic at SmartrMail and are continually moving forward to enhance the program for their users.

    Cons: There is nothing I don't like about the software or the service.

    Pros: Everything. It makes writing a marketing email so easy. You can embed products easily simply by typing the SKU/name. You can easily see how many sales you got per email with easy to read stats. Fantastic support too. It is so much easier to use than Mailchimp.

    Cons: I haven't encountered anything yet that I don't like.

    Overall: Smartrmail is easy to use, easy to install and great value for money.
