In plain terms: the visual appearance of treated images does not change in any way. The plugin slims down the original image and all preview images of an uploaded motif. An important difference to desktop and online optimization tools: Photoshop, ImageOptim, JPEGmin and TinyPNG only treat the original images, since thumbnails are only generated when that image is uploaded to WordPress.     "Use free version only but with caution"

    Pros: Free version is buggy. Depends on the update. Their quality control has its ups and downs. But is handy in reducing overhead.

    Cons: DO NOT BUY the pro version. The pro version requires the free version. In combination they break the back-end of the Wordpress admin. Support doesn't work. They won't answer via FB messenger except to say you have to use the support that doesn't work. The 30 day refund is unreliable as you can't get a refund because support doesn't work.

    Overall: Only use the free version. I recommend only using the image thumbnail remover and no other features.
