    Pros: WPForms works ok. Their freemium version is pretty pointless and I think it's better to use an alternative option.

    Cons: Pretty limited overall and functionality as well is limited.

    Overall: Overall, use something else like WP Fluent Forms or Gravity Forms as they're much more versatile and easy to use.
