Cons: For European sellers, they don't calculate VAT correctly on sales and advertising. I admit it's complex.
You end up with a 20% to 30% in your profit.

Overall: It helps manage your everyday business, and it's kind of helpful.

Pros: Everything was excellent.
The fact you could see precise profits and losses is amazing. Which you can’t see in seller central.
Knowing all changes in Amazon fba fees and charges is eye opening.
Getting notified and getting guidance on lost and damaged stock in Amazon fulfilment centres is great.

These are just a few of the useful things in this software.

The price you pay is completely justified.

Cons: You have to manually enter the cost of goods for all asins.

Overall: Amazing software. You have to use something like this to be able to understand how your Amazon fba business is performing.

Pros: Loved the user interface and how easy it is to use to add stock prices and also see your weekly, monthly profit made. It also provides a target profit for the next month which keeps me on track and not fall behind. I always struggle to see what items I have not been reimbursed for/missing items but sellerboard has a cool way of tracking this and providing template to send to Amazon.

Cons: Don’t have anything bad to say. Customer support is always there and reply fast to any questions.

Overall: Great and easy software to use. I would say it’s a must have if you’ve been doing FBA for a few months. Allows to track profits and target high profits each month. I’ve definitely seen a growth in sales now that I’ve started using it.

Pros: It's a massive help to running my business. I would be lost without this software. Easy to use every day.

Pros: I am delighted with this platform because it keeps track of all the criteria you need in a business. It is a correctly structured platform that everyone can understand.

Cons: As long as I tested the platform, I didn't have any problems and if I had, I solved it immediately with the support.

Overall: I am happy with this platform. I have long been looking for a platform that would save me from all the excel files I had and that helped me keep track of the numbers.

Pros: Simple to use, intuitive and integrated with the amazon store, it allows you to have multiple accounts on a single platform

Cons: Perhaps, if I have to find fault, the graphics could be more appealing

Overall: We needed a platform from which to monitor amazon sales, calculate profit and create timely reports: SellerBoard was perfect for all of this!

Pros: I have explored several products for this function in the past and nothing meets the demands as much as this product did for me. This product is all packed and the ability to see the final profit / loss after all expenses for sales is extremely useful. I also started using the PPC automation module within this product and its quite useful. I am renewing the product for 3rd consecutive year and i cannot express how happy i am with the unit. :)

Pros: I have been using the sellerboard program for six months. I am very satisfied with the program in general.

Cons: It has made my job much easier with its functions such as inventory tracking, profit-loss calculation function, keeping basic accounting records. Now that the sellerboard does these details for me, I focus on finding more new products and increasing my sales. The interface is very simple to use. When I didn't understand or had problems, customer service answered my emails within a few hours and solved my problem. I recommend it to anyone who wants to increase their sales on Amazon and use their time more efficiently. An application that gives a lot of money for the money given.

Pros: Interface perfect, Calculations and in depth details of overheads and hidden expenses we face everyday using amazon business shows right in front. Forecasting sheets are great for supply chain as well. Will definitely use it regularly from now on.

Cons: PPC interface and cash flow interface could be made further more easy to understand.

Overall: 9.5/10 experience tbh. Using it regularly. If price could be 20% lower would be great for new users to dive into and have this amazing experience.

Pros: - You can quickly download in excel all sales for any period of time for all the account
- You see in real time all the net profit, refunds and costs (like product costs or advertisement); you just need to upload costs of your products to the tool
- You can see reasons of the refunds
- It's useful for FBA and FBM; you see inventory and for how long product will last
- In general this tool makes everything easy and quick. In order to get the same data from Amazon, you would need to download different reports and often compare or checking by country; here you see it all
- Great tool "Money Back" for getting money for products Amazon lost on FBA
- Price - very affordable
- Great support - always ready to Help with everything
- PPC Tool for automation of campaigns - after some time and talking to support, they improved it and now it's really great

Cons: - Money Back tool could be a little bit simpler like in Helium10, but it is good anyway

Overall: The best tool out there to manage your sales on Amazon - best value for money. You won't regret buying it. There is also an app for the phone.

Pros: SellerBoard gives me the best view of profitability of any tool I've tried so far because it tells you what your costs are for for ads, promotions and returns in almost real time. Haven't found any other tool that quickly and reliably tells you if you're making or losing money for a reasonable price.

The phone app is really handy to keep a pulse on your sales and performance throughout the day. However, it's web version really shines in its ability to simply show my ASIN's P&L performance, especially how much my ad costs are affecting my profits. I can more quickly understand where and when to adjust my PPC campaigns.

Also, Seller Board's QuickBooks connection eliminates my need to have an A2X subscription.

Cons: While the PPC module looks very nice and has some interesting features such as PPC Profit by Campaign, Breakeven ACOS and Breakeven Bid, it's not entirely useful for me right now because I can't search for a specific campaign by partial name - eg. search all campaigns with "HV" in the name. Instead I have to select a campaign from a dropdown one-by-one. This becomes cumbersome when I have hundreds of campaigns and I have to scroll endlessly to find a specific one. For now I just use something else.

Overall: It's good value for money. For $20/month, I get reliable insights into my business, AND I get to cancel my $49/month A2X subscription. That's a win for me. I'm just really hoping they will add the ability to search for Campaign Names ASAP so I can really dig into their PPC tool because it really has potential to be my main PPC reference.

Pros: One of the best UI's out there. Very easy to navigate and understand, and nice looking too! Easy for my team to understand too.

Cons: Not really a con, but we just didn't use a lot of the features since we were mainly looking for a dashboarding tool. The only issue was that they couldn't pull in all of the PPC data (sponsored brands stuff was excluded) so we didn't really get a full picture

Overall: Overall I definitely recommend sellerboard. There are a lot of amazon dashboards out there but I think it's one of the best for the price!

Pros: It's a user friendly interface and makes analysing data about my Aamazon store very swift and clear. Though the calculations are off by a bit at times but overall it's a really good tool and the developers did an outstanding job with it.

Cons: Numbers data is off at times.
Interface is a bit laggy.

Overall: It's a good tool. Easy and clear interface. Gives semi accurate data to help track and optimize your store. Would recommend it to people as a good addition to their E-com Toolkit.

Pros: It's super accurate and better than any other third party Amazon profit app, including Helium 10. Totally recommend.

Cons: It need small improvements like in reports I need to see year to date section.
And FBA calculator is not working. It can be cheaper.

Overall: Nice tool for Amazon sellers.
I found everything I needed and I said why I didn’t use it before.
Some features have to be improved and with friendly staff they will help you always.

Pros: - Easy to get clear insight into how the business and individual ASIN's are performing.
- It allows you to incorporate off-Amazon expenses so you can get an accurate picture of profitability.
- It allows you to add multiple Amazon accounts and view them separately or all together, for any given time period.
- Can also add your Shopify store and review it's performance!
- Support has been really responsive
- They are constantly improving and adding new features to the software and take any feedback on board.

Cons: - In their managing inventory section, at present it only reports on stock levels at FBA, you can't add a 3PL but I've been told this is being worked on and should be available in the coming weeks.

Overall: I use to have multiple spreadsheets that tracked all of this data that was incredibly time consuming. I struggled finding a solution that could automate it all until l found SellerBoard, it makes it so much easier and l have confidence that the data is more accurate given it's coming directly from Amazon & Shopify through API integrations. The more l use it, the more l love it!

Pros: No need to open all accounts one by one. You are now able to see all the performances on one screen. It also sends emails to customers for review.

Cons: The minus is that you are unable to see the stock in each account in case you have the same product in different accounts.

Overall: Overall it is very easy to use and gives a complete view of the whole business. You may also monitor your sales and profit for 1-2 days to several months. Very useful for comparing sales and profit through time.

Pros: Has different types of charts to see sales and profits. Easy to user interface. Lets you download reports easily. Just the right amount of editing permissions needed.

Cons: Loading is a bit slow. I would like to see expansion in inventory features like including units sold on channels other than Amazon.

Overall: I use the profit tool on a daily basis and make decision based on their numbers. I think the monthly subscription is very fair for the features this tool provides.

Pros: Very helpful in Current Calculation,

Take reports for future planning( easily you can see the quantity).

Cons: I don't understand the LTV feature.
Cashflow seems complicated.

Overall: The truth is there are a lot of fancy apps on the market. but my priority is trust, I've been using sellerboard for a long time and I didn't come across any surprises. An application that fulfills its promises and gradually improves itself. This is more than enough for me.

Pros: Very comfortable platform to use even for not professionals. Accurate analytics, all necessary information to understand about the income from Amazon! Highly recommended.

Cons: For me a bit expensive. But the program is excellent!

Overall: Enjoyed! Highly recommend for all Amazon sellers. It’s the best platform I ever tried for Amazon. And great support also!
