    Added pythonw launcher to consequent release (python 3.7.4 onwards). If u need pythonw launcher in previous 3.7 release just copy the launcher 3.7.4 and put it in portable python folder and it should work . As for the source code... the launcher was created using NSIS. U can get the source code of the launcher by extracting the launcher exe using 7zip .     Added the feature to Portable Python 3.7.3 Release. All new releases will now have this.
