House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge - #404 AG or Christmas

I'm joining the current House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge.  My Anything Goes card features House Mouse Designs 1998 (Stampa Rosa) Best Friends wood mount stamp. This is a very large image and needs little embellishment.  It was stamped onto X-Press It card stock and colored with Copic markers.  A small sentiment was added from my stash.   I would like to share my card with the following: House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge - #404 AG or Christmas Wood Block Wednesday Challenge:  November Anything Goes Simon Says Stamp Wednesday:  Anything Goes   Simon Says Stamp Monday:  Trees

The Paper Shelter Challenge #577 All About Family

The current challenge at The Paper Shelter is All About Family .  My Z-Fold card features the adorable pre-colored Here Comes the Christmas Penguins .  The background alone was printed then the image and background was printed.  I trimmed the background to fit the A2 card base then fussy cut the penguin image.  Snowflake gems, a couple of glitter card stock strips, sentiment and red Stickles finish the card. This sweet Holiday card will be mailed to a family member sending them warm wishes from Alaska! Glittery Happy Holidays

I pulled out a fun Colorado Craft set called Teamwork to create a glittery Holiday card for my stash.  The image was colored with Copic markers then layered onto a blue glitter card stock panel.  I found a few sparkly snowflakes in my stash for accents. I love Anita Jeram's artwork style and this group of critters are adorable! Penny Black Saturday Challenge - AG Option Glitter & Glitz

I'm joining the November Penny Black Saturday Challenge with the optional glitter and glitz.  I really like the sweet pup images in the Waggingly Happy clear set. The image was stamped with Versafine Claire ink and colored with Copic Markers.  A little Copic grey "shadow", coordinating sentiment and bling make an easy focal panel.  Glitter tape from my stash was applied as a border. Time Out Challenge #251 Photo Prompt

I'm joining the current Time Out Challenge photo inspiration.  I loved the beautiful fabric used for the bag in the photo.  I focused on the poppies and colors.  The poppy image is from my stash and colored with Copic Markers then fussy cut and adhered to the panel with dimension tape.  Pearls, lace and sentiment finish the card simply. Di's Digi Challenge - Fancy Folds or ABC

I'm joining the current challenge at Di's Digi Challenge Blog.  This week is about fancy folds or ABC (anything but a card).  I chose to create a fun Z-Fold card with Di's adorable Racoon Cupcake digital image.  You can find the card fold tutorial on Beccy's Place HERE. The digital image was printed onto X-Press It card stock, colored with Copic Markers then fussy cut.  I created the kitchen scene using pre-colored images from an older digital set from Craftin' Desert Divas.  Sadly, this fabulous stamping company went out of business several years ago. The flooring was hand stamped with MFT On Solid Ground clear set.  A Paper Smooches birthday sentiment finishes the card. Simon Monday Challenge - Grunge Thanksgiving

I had so much fun creating this vintage, grunge Thanksgiving card for the Simon Monday challenge.  I started with a vintage cut from Crafty Secrets.  Some of you may remember the vintage goodies that Crafty Secrets provided.  Sadly, the owner decided to retiree a few years ago and closed the shop.  So, I decided to put on my "vintage" crafty hat today and play! The BINGO base panel is from 7gypsies and stenciling was applied.  Embellishments from my stash were added to the card including a distressed paper lace. House Mouse & Friends Monday Challenge #402 AG w/Option of Rainbow

I have a quick Thanksgiving themed card for this week's House-Mouse and Friends Monday Challenge.  My card features the adorable Mice Landing (1994) wood mounted image from House-Mouse Designs/Stampabilities. The embossed base panel is an older folder from Cuttlebug.  I felt that the embossing "spoke" for itself and needed minimal embellishment.  Only a few enamel dots and fall colors. Art Impressions Stamps #363 You're Such a Square

I'm sharing a fun Thanksgiving themed card for this week's challenge at Art Impressions .  We were asked to use squares with our projects. My card features a retired AI set - Full of Thanks set 4939.  This is one of my go-to sets for Thanksgiving projects.  The images and sentiments in this set are adorable and humorous. The images were stamped with Versafine Claire ink, colored with Copic markers and cut with square stitched dies.  They were layered onto designer paper from Pebbles Woodland Forest paper pad.  A few enamel dots and coordinating sentiment finish the 4.25 square card. Di's Digi Stamp Challenge - Sports Related

This week's challenge at Di's Digi Stamps is Sports Related.  Winter sports are very popular in Alaska.  Although I'm not an ice skater I did enjoy creating with this sweet image called Winter Friends. The image was printed onto X-Press It card stock, colored with Copic Markers and fussy cut.  It was then applied to Di's Snowy Scene digital image with dimension tape.  A Marvy snow marker was applied to the hat trim and heated for dimension. I finished the card simply with a layer of gingham designer paper from Hobby Lobby, word stickers and organza ribbon from CTMH.   I would like to share my card with the following: Di's Digi Stamp Challenge - Sports Related Craft Galore Encore Challenge:  #117 Anything Goes Polkadoodles Craft Challenge:  Week 42 Anything Goes Lil Patch of Crafty Friends Challenge:  #216 Anything Goes
