Any tips on level 42, I can't pass it. There are only 2 movements

Does anyone know how to progress through level 30 yet? Its the one with all the red balls and only 2 moves.

I feel like I am missing something here as I am on level 12 and yet to come across any artifacts. According to the achievements more people have collected all the artifacts than finished level 11, so they must be somewhere I just don't know where to look. Anyone have any suggestions?...
