I really enjoyed hunting down all the collectibles after finishing the main story - the main story was awesome, by the way

A pretty solid reboot the gameplay is great. The combat feels good at range the melee is pretty poor, Looks really good for the age it was made,
But the story is a mess. at the start of the game she cold and hungry but never wears a jacket eats or needs to eat even tho the game tells you do some hunting for food really makes me think game was going be a stealth/survivor game then just when action later which seems to be a good call to do as its good game just story don't work in places well,
The story she acts brave but deeply fearful of failing her group dying herself and being bad she upset with killing but the gameplay she really is like the Punisher It makes little sense to have both. Quick-Time Events are just bad reminds me of RE ones, Its a really fun game gameplay wise just don't think to much on the story.

I remember playing this game back when it came out, actually a great game and holds up very well for it's age, considering it's 13 years old from when it released to me playing it again.

The graphics are good, gameplay is fun and finding the documents, relics and additional tombs are engaging to find them all at least for me, I wanted to find all of them even if the GPS caches were hard in some areas to see!

I can't really fault the game, other than the fact it's too short, you can complete this game if you focus on story in around 12 hours maybe even less if you're optimised. The length does work well for the story and game but it left me wanting a bit more out of it really. The multiplayer is dead so don't go looking for that experience but you can find groups of people looking to play with others for achievements and such.

I will warn people reading this however to be aware that this game can lock you once you reach Geothermal Caverns, there is a crate that you need to move by igniting gas to explode. If you do this with VYSYNC OFF, it will break the game and if you don't have another checkpoint you will have to restart the whole game or use cheats to bypass, so just make sure you have that ON so you also don't run into this issue. Have a quick google and look at many others including myself that ran into this issue so be careful!

All in all, highly recommend and looking forward to playing the rest of the trilogy.
