I wanted to try this game because I'm a huge ASOIAF fan, and honestly I don't recommend it. It's another cash grab mess due to its aggressive monetization, and in my case, I kept getting bugs where I couldn’t talk to npcs to start or continue missions, which made story progression really frustrating.
The story, graphics and character customization are really nice but I feel like this game could have had real potential if it weren't for the issues I mentioned above.
It seems to me that the game is just using the 'Game of Thrones' universe just for the sake of capitalizing on its fan base.

Lasted one day because the game systems are way too convoluted / bloated. The devs need to re-think is this fun? is this interesting?
I think the game has a ton of potential if they made drastic changes to it's fundamentals and streamlined a lot, being its a GoT.

1. Remove bloat / not fun systems
2. Increase classes / factions
3. Make MMO, include faction PvP, castle sieges, etc.

Pros:
-It's Game of Thrones
-Graphics / environments
-Starting quest / intro was good

Cons:
-Only 3 classes, not having multiple factions and having no pvp / sieges is a huge missed opportunity imo
-no character zoom in / out
-loot chests everywhere, makes them feel not important and stop looting
-movement didn't feel the best / not the worst though (delayed or progressive movement instead of being more responsive, character moving off center)
-Constant click to claim rewards is annoying / not fun or interesting
-Lots of missing things that should have an option to be hotkeyed
-changing gear provides no visual change
-no professions?
-too much manual clicking for trivial things
-too many currencies
-no auto run

Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is overall a very poor game. The character models look cheap, changing gear not changes your appearance, characters constantly get stuck on the environment, animations feel clunky and disconnected, and the parry system feels awkward and inconsistent. The game also locks main story progression behind combat power requirements, enemy variety is extremely limited, and the lock-on system is terrible. Right now, the only real advantage this game has is that it’s free.

Even games like Genshin Impact and Where Winds Meet completely outclass this game in almost every way.

Maybe publishers should stop handing major IPs to Korean MMO studios if this is the result.
