The Warriors of the North - Year: 9 A.D

With most of the Roman invasion force slaughtered in the ambush at Teutoburg Forest the remaining Roman Legionaries that were able to surive the slaughter soon fled westwards through the hostile Germanic Forests that surronded them. Many Romans did not make it through the dense and dark Forests which we call our home. Others did not make it into the Forests before getting cut down by our Germanic cavalry and brave infantry warriors. Those who did make it out of the Forests soon discovered that they were all broken and spread out across serveral miles in the mist of hostile lands. However the Romans numbering 500 men were indeed finally able to reach the Roman garrison of the only fort east of the Rhine. Before the survivors returned the garrison only numbered 300 men who did nothing but wait around for any hostile to come at them. However with the Romans sending a messenger off to the West bank of the Rhine to gather more troops, we the Germanic people shall crush them and lay waste to the Romans inside their fort. When the Romans dare return they will find nothing but ruins and piles of Roman dead.
