We are looking for good and honest players to add our admin team. Do YOU have the potential to take care of myGaming?

The application process will, however, be different from previous years: Applicants have to write me a private message on steam or on discord. If you don't have me as a friend on steam, add me there.


Your tasks will be:
● Start votes (E.g. Map change)
● Kick/ban players who break the rules. (To be fully aware what the rules are, visit https://mygaming-team.us/server-rules.php)
● Shuffle the teams when unbalanced
● Teleport a bugged player

This is what we expect from you:
● Be familiar with a few regular players.
● Do not be toxic. Respect everyone.
● Care for the balance (Swap to the weaker team when needed).
● Be able to communitcate well with the players.
● Be able to manage difficult situations.
● Teach new players commands.
● Do not abuse your admin power for your own good.
● Be active as much as possible.
● Respect other admins and their decisions.
● MUST be part of the MyGaming Discord channel

2021 has been a difficult year for the majority of people. Because of the ongoing pandemic, our freedom was limited. We were not able to go out, enjoy life and meet friends, but rather we stayed at home and played together. Friendships were made, people bonded together.

People have surely dealt with issues, personal problems, but gaming made it easier to forget the daily stress temporarily.

I really wish you all the best for the upcoming new year. I hope you are going to achieve your goals and be healthy. Thats the most important thing.

We are looking for new admins who can support our already existing admin team. We currently have 13 administrators, but not all of them seem to be active. So it is time to give players the chance to apply as an admin and support us to knock down hackers, trolls and also to keep the toxicity out of the server. Do YOU have what it takes to take on the admin role?

Please note the following questions in your admin application so that it is fully taken into account: (Don't just answer the questions, we want a detailed application!)

• How long have you been playing on the server and why should we hire
YOU?

• Can you communicate well with the players?

• Are you ready to give new players who join the server tips and advice on
how to get better instead of humiliating them?

• How do you react when you see a player breaking the rules? How would
you go about it? Describe it as precise as possible.

• Are you a fair player? Do you voluntarily switch to the weaker team or do
you shuffle the teams if necessary?

• Are you a "well known" player? Do most of the players know you?

• If you see 2 players arguing, what do you do? Again, go into detail.

• Are you easy to influence? For example, when someone is complaining
about their ban, would you give in and unban that person? (THIS
ALSO APPLIES TO OTHER AREAS OF THE ADMIN MANAGEMENT!!!)

• Would you abuse your admin power for your own good?

• Do you have any admin experience in other servers?

• Do you think you can take care of myGaming? Can you take
responsibility?

• Are you familiar with the rules?

• Are you part of the myGaming discord channel?

On another note, we have worked on several bug fixes:

1. SMOKER BUG: - Players are no longer capable of getting rid of the smoker by using the command !buy molly / !buy bile / !buy pipe
2. "OUT OF THE MAP BUG" - A bug that allows chargers to charge the survivor out of the map in Dark Carnival - Chapter 3 on the rollercoaster. We put a plugin that helps prevent that
