Ah Yes! The Games where everything started

Very Good Remaster. But to me sadly not a perfect one

+Graphics look very good. New fitting Artstyle
-Mild Censorship example: many guns removed, Hurricos to scary for today's children so it gets a stupid rainbow

+beautiful music stayed the same
/ dynamic sound just looks like a little drum playing while running. got annoying but luckily it can be toggled off
/ the PAL version sometimes had much better music which just a kick in the nuts to my nostalgia (Lost Fleet) mods can fix tho

+ Game plays well
+ some annoying parts from the original got improved
/some new moves and cute little additions like the loading screens you can let Spyro spit fire or do a roll
-for someone who grew up with it: game's never a challenge at all like dumbed down a lot. The only little challenge was Gulp. Made also worse by not including the dynamic difficulty which i loved in the 3rd Game.
-the added details sadly get sometimes in the way. Sometimes i glitch away from the border and fall into the abyss even tho a millimeter jump like that was never an issue in the original.

++MOOOOOOOOODS mods make everything better sadly there aren't that many for this game. But there's an Overhaul with 4 mods on ModDB that turns Spyro Reignited into Cynder Reignited and I LOVE IT and recommend if you want to change up the game a little. Some good little mods on Nexus as well.

All in all still great Game that does the almost perfect Originals almost justice

I thought the Game wasn't updated anymore ... well well well how wrong i was.

Don't bother modding this or at least take lots of precautions. 100h Play through was ruined with an accidental update. Save Corrupted. thx Bethesda ... -,- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ greedy ♥♥♥♥ ass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hope Microsoft closes you

Awesome to relax to just build your little fortress and see your Dwarfs wiped out by a fire breathing beast that then kills itself with its own fire.

Pro Tip: Try a 2x2 Fortress. Your Fps will thank you later.

All in all a beautiful Game and i for one needed mouse support and actual graphics to get into it. But now i sure as hell am here to stay to see this Game become even better with updates and mods.

technically for a proof of concept not bad. but shoot black smoke during the night with particle heavy fireballs that make you see even less?!?! the dev definitely not the greatest design genius. got my achievements letters and wont touch this thing ever again. But pls for the sake of everyone after me:
lower the required kills for the achievements. after 15 min its just painful
