I enjoy playing GunSmith Simulator and can't wait for more type of guns! I've already memorized how to build a colt m1911, an ak47, and a Mossberg shotgun.

You can play at your own pace, there is no rush and the game even has a shooting range, a skeet range, and a tactical course.

The update the game regularly and seem intent on keeping it up to date. Its worth far more than the measly $20 they are charging for it.

Starfield is the best game I have ever played. Best space sim. best combat.

No, its not "woke"

No its not small or tiny. Its freeeeeeeeeakin HUGE! I'd say that it has more content than Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim and all their add ons put together.

I have a hundred bases and have visited almost all planets. I am still being surprised with content at 158 hours in.

Do I expect to play this more than any other game, moving forward? Yes.

Buy it.

Ohayo!

This game is so much fun. I've barely scratched the surface, yet it seems so much more a realized world than Medieval Dynasty, not the least of which is the MASSIVE map. If you like Medieval Dynasty, you'll love this game. And hey, it takes place in Feudal Japan!!! The world, architecture and atmosphere are top notch. The story and game elements need their final fleshing out, but as it stands, this is a superb game! Wakarimaska?

Don't worry about running out of trees, there are enough in this map to build several Eiffel towers! Grab everything off the ground, craft craft craft!

This is the most fun I've had since I got my hands on Valheim!

I can't wait to see the rest of the build, and perhaps the ability to build your village anywhere without depending on the missions to choose where you live.

Go buy this game now! ISOGI!! BANZAI!!

I am very impressed with this game. Its worth FAR MORE THAN $20.

It fills the following niches;

* Open World; My god, its HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE
* Crafting; HUGE crafting tree with tiers of upgrades
* building; you can build some very impressive homes, castles, towns, etc
* survival; oh yes, food, health, temperature, shelter
* lore/gameplay; significant effort put into crafting a unique yet familiar worl
* social gameplay; up to 10 fellow gamers ; open, locked and public worlds

* log into any world you want to at any time with any of your characters and carry stuff between worlds
* Use a world as a home base, while hunting, gathering, fight in, in other worlds
* up to 10 friends can co-op play with you, you can join their worlds, they yours - carry stuff between

I was hooked almost from the beginning. Your clumsy character makes you think the game is clumsy, no, you are just a noob and need to train up. get to work, make an axe, and then hunt down everything in sight.

You can make a world, and keep it just to live on, and even lock yourself in the center of a castle, and when you want to play the game, go into any world you want to, or make a new one, gather stuff there, complete your store there, and use your home world as a storehouse and life raft. You can logout at any time, and what you do in one world can be carried to the next both as items, and as experience.

Its been a long time since I was impressed enough to say the following about a game:

You'd be a fool to pass this game up.

BUY IT NOW!

I enjoyed this game a great deal. At this time, I have 359 hours in it, much of it trying to learn all the interesting lore.,

Its quirky, odd, has strange humor, fun at times, frantic at times, and all about managing your grind.

I enjoyed the grind here, far more than Stardew valley.

There is so much to do, its ridiculous, I hope for more content tho.

This is one of the better city builder games. It takes a bit of time in order to understand the nature of how to build a functioning city that not only grows, but provides you with the funds to expand into new territories.

The technology tree is profession based, and each type of storable product is part of a chain of raw materials and then finished product. An example is a wheat farm, then a flour miller then a baker, or an iron mine > coal producer > smelter > blacksmith (for tools) weaponsmith (for weapons).

I enjoyed it very much, and I actually completed all achievements, something which I don't usually care about.

Don't forget that you have a job, family, need to eat and should often bathe and use the toilet. This game will make you miss appointments, damage your relationships, and take sick days off of work!

Good luck!

I have almost 1500 hours in playing this game. It is becoming a very good game and is worth the money spent on it.

At launch it stunk, and I felt robbed. Now I feel like its really doing much better.

Its kind of thin on story or background, and it still feels rather hollow, because a pretty base is just a pretty base.

Perhaps one day we will get more npcs to put in our base.

Or robots, etc.

I think its worth the money, especially when it goes on half off sale.

This game is really fun. I've put 474 hours into it, and haven't yet unlocked everything!

You use a space pod to land on a planet. From that pod you can connect a dozen or so stations that you use to create your space base. 3d printers, fuel condensers, vehicle manufacturing, research station and much more. Of course you will have to gather resources to build and create, but rest assured, on the first planet there are plenty of things to gather.

First planet? Oh yes, there are multiple planets in this solar system. All of which are unique, have unique drop rates, and some special found items. Every world has multiple biomes, and massive, extensive cave systems.

research is pretty easy, you scrounge around looking for items you can plop in the research bay, activate them, and stand back hoping to get a slot machine win. Once researched you can gain pretty cool capabilitys.

There are cars, two sizes, space ships, 2 sizes, solar panels, generators, wind turbines, and a ridiculous mount of other things.

When digging into the ground you can hold ctrl and create a perfect tunnel at just the right slope to dig hundreds of feet into the earth to find materials, exotic organic research items, rocky research items, space ship debris research items, poisonous plants, plants that attack, and both energy and oxygen bearing crystals.

All the while you are building your base you carefully manage resources, power, oxygen and your umbilicle tether which connects you and keeps you alive.

From MASSIVE caves, hundreds and hundreds of feet deep covering the entire planet, to great plains, exotic jungles, barren moons, radioactive worlds, sandstorns that beat you to death with boulders, and even ice planets, there is an unending array of land to build on, and items to create and collect.

Your digging tool can also build! The land you build can also then generate flowers, and even energy and oxygen crystals Resources are even known to crop up on created land!

FINALLY after 474 hours, I have found every last item. I am very glad to have bought this game.

I have been playing video games since 1974, when I was five. I own 207 video game consoles and almost 12,000 pounds of video games.

This is one of the best video games have ever played.

I've been looking for a game like this, since I played ELITE on the Commodore 64 which i received for Christmas in 1984.

This space sim is very fun, and in many ways is very similar to the game "Freelancer". Unlike Freelancer, this game does not have a tremendous number of flaws, even though it is still early access.

The game allows you to gather resources, trade and sell goods, develop lines of commerce bewteen systems, and of course, TREMENDOUS space battles! It also has very fun and addictive gameplay. (I lost ten hours into the game before I realized I had sat there all day long!)

Building ships at first may seem difficult, but if you play in creative mode, you can learn how to make some really cool ships, save those designs, and then open them in a regular game.

You can make multiple ships that follow you and protect you, make space stations, a hangar bay to hold fighters that you can order to come out to defend you. You can fight pirates, defend factions who like you, or become a pirate yourself, preying on anything that moves.

You can build up your ship on your own singleplayer game, and then host that server online and have people come in.

The developers are a very small team that have worked very hard on this project, and I have to say; I am greatly impressed.

There are, as with any early access game, some issues.

I did not experience any issues in the game until I hit 59 hours. After an update I did end up having an issue that wouldn't let me play any longer in my current galaxy, thereby losing all progress in the main misson sequence. This really burned my oatmeal, but I got over it because this game is really worth playing.

I let that go, but after griping a bit on the forums, I was personally attacked by a number of in-forum fanbois who were rude, unsympathetic, and called me a whiner for my legitimate gripe about losing 59 hours of progress. I suggest that you stay far away from the forums if you have a complaint, and take the issue up with the developer on their website: https://www.avorion.net/

The game is a super great deal on price, (I paid $17.99 U.S.), and for the money, was the best bang for the buck game I have bought in two years.

The developer Konstantin 'koonschi' Kronfeldner is a very approachable person, and is very open to legitimate gripes, unlike those on the Steam forums. Go to him, if you have any concerns, as he will react fairly and decently.

Lastly; this game can be modded; also, the server host can hand anyone, anything. For these reasons, I suggest that you stay away from PVP, as those who are beaten legitimately with your tactics or skills, will often come back at you after having used mods or helped by the admin to utterly crush you and all your hard work. Even if you are honest to a fault, never trust someone whose butt you stomped into the ground, to not cheat and then come destroy you.

I greatly suggest that you buy & play this game! if you enjoy co-op or single player, and especially if you love the Elite Series, or Freelancer. Just never forget:

In Space, Nobody Can Hear You Scream

Best regards!

This game is about creating. It has elements of survival, exploration, crafting, resource gathering, mining, but in the end, this game is about you creating your own world which anyone can play at any time. The world is hosted and never goes away unless you delete it. Any of your friends can instantly join you, or you can become a hermit and lock down the world with a password.

Contrary to the minecraft fanbois who come here, this is NOT a minecraft clone. Anyone who plays the game for any length of time will realize that this game is also a game creation tool, in that you can craft and publish standalone adventures with the worlds you build in. After creating an adventure with puzzles, traps, riddles, and physical feats, you then take a snapshot of your world and people can play the adventure without damaging or causing mayhem in your regular world.

This game is all about creating. You are the designer. You control your destiny. You can now create.
