I wrote a guide on how to use crowbar, and it has a section on the "Publish" tab. check it out here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2283219908
You just set the addon name, pick a thumbnail and the vpk you made, then upload it.
Don't forget that visibility might be set to hidden, and you can unhide it on the steam workshop page once you have uploaded some images or linked a video.
How do I upload sound mods for Source Engine games? I looked through your guide and I was wondering if I can upload them as an addon.

Thanks!
