Sounds are now better than they used to be, most bugs are fixed, and concerning the major issues that are server lags and optimisation, the game has been surprised by it's success, when on the first week of early acces you have more simultaneous players than Rainbow Six Siege has ever had, with 100 players on each servers, you can expect server issues, and they said they are working on it, also optimisation is told to be started mid-april.
