Creating Our Frequencies

Another Sophie’s Universe was created. A Mandala, of focusing a Sacred Space with the Divine.

It has been a while since I felt like writing. Not that words wouldn’t come, but because I needed the silence. So I decided to focus inward, away from the outer chaotic chatter of He said, She said, He did, She did, all that drama of the crazy world of repeat cycles of War & Peace.

The Fear Fractals of hooking us back into the programming that many are at last awakening themselves from, has been rampant, as distraction after distraction surfaces to capture and suck us back into the harvesting of our energy.

These cycles have been repeating themselves for Millenia, and as the older generations fade, history has been re-written many times over, suiting the narratives of those who seek to control, as we do battle within this constant Spiritual War, which is aeons old.

A game, in which our Life force is systematically being sucked from us, as we give away our power via focusing our attention outside of ourselves, as our emotions are force-fed Fear, lack, and division. While we no longer see how enslaved we have become, within a system whereby the worker ants are kept, to continually struggle to survive. While others thrive!

It is ALL about Frequency and Vibration. Which, whether we realise it or not, we are being played like musical instruments, as our strings are pulled and played, to the tune of the Piper of the day.

Thankfully though, people around the world are beginning to wake up, seeing the indoctrinations via their governing controllers and how each section of society has been infiltrated, tainted and twisted via the threads of top down forces, within them.

We see those forces within our systems which have created the present day conditions which have eroded our God Given liberties and freedoms as sovereign Human Beings. For we are the ones who have allowed more and more control over us, be it through AI controlled check outs, banking, digital ID, or the labelling we allow ourselves to boxed into.

The Year of the Fire Horse however may swiftly bring in dynamic changes, as people begin to follow their own paths, as their free spirits rise. Time we know is already speeding, as we are already in Mid April.

The World has been hoodwinked throughout history into a narrative, a story, that we have all willingly played our role in. As we conform, follow and believe that which are told.
Narratives which ALWAYS cause divides, creating the blame game.
I Feel a great sadness for those with eyes who as yet do not see how they are being played, deceived and manipulated into more division. But I am always the optimist.. And have plenty of Hope within me for our future.

I have spoken many times within my posts throughout the years of the deceit and lies we all of us have fallen for at various stages of our lives.
I remember my own eyes were opened many years ago in the late 80’s and it was a shock, which took me a while to recover from, as I discovered the world was far from what we had all been led to believe it to be.

Those who KNOW, know, and those who are meant to DISCOVER will.

The Good News is, that as more people awaken, which they are doing, they too will be shocked in the future, many may not even wish to open their eyes to look, as evidence is brought before them. But each of us who are here on planet Earth right now chose to be a player within this Game on Earth as each of our vibrations chose their experiences and roles of Good, Bad, or Indifferent.

Each of us are already upon our pathway of creating what is our present future time line of existence, and how that will play out for our own personal growth, as well as the collective is up to each of us as to what kind of world we wish our children’s children to grow up in. It’s all about what Frequency we put out and where we focus our attention..

We are each of us manifesting our own destinies, be that what it may, for it is everyone’s choice to choose their own paths.
What is wonderful about being a witness in this stage in our evolution, is trusting the process of this universal convergence, as planets align, and communities rally together. Seeing the difference we make as we each of us remove the sleep from our eyes…Seeing that the scales are tipping, as we choose to lift our vibrations higher.

I Choose Peace, over Conflict
I Choose Creation, over Destruction
And I Choose Harmony & Healing, over Hatred and Division.

Am I perfect?….. NO!…. Far from it.. Holding a Higher vibration of Joy, when one is surrounded by such negative forces is never easy. And some days I fail miserably. But, I keep trying to be the best version of myself.
There are always going to be Highs and Lows in life, and there are a multitude of things that we have to deal with. But, I am so grateful for my life, and the amazing blessings we take for granted each and every day..

We each of us are a jigsaw piece, within the whole. And it takes time before we find those other pieces in which we can fit snuggly into, or feel safe, as we seek out those with like minds within our picture-box perceptions, as we each search to find that balance and peace of mind within. And I am so very grateful for this community of WordPress, whom WE have created so many wonderful friendships over the years..

Often times we are pulled in different directions. But All paths lead home, no matter how many detours we may take… If we truly wish to navigate these challenging times, then we also have to also trust our Inner Compass, to show us the way. And do what feels best for ourselves.. Not joining in with the herd mentality.. But truly listening with our hearts and learning to discern what feels right and what feels wrong.

So, I wish to thank all of you who read within this Sanctuary I created some 19 years ago in 2007.
My Silence reaches out to every wounded heart, to all my faithful friends, I say thank you for your love and the well wishes you always bring as your own hearts open with the love you share with me.

We have to take hold of the reins as we ride the storms of life.

Together We Do Make a Difference.

We each of us hold space within our frequencies, so that Unity Consciousness finds a firmer footing, as Integrity strengthens its grip. As the Light of awareness rises, so too, it may appear more difficult, and as more awaken to themselves and the power within, so too will those shadows emerge stronger to pull us back down.
This spiritual battle of Light verses Dark is as old as time itself. And as our awareness and hearts open, so too, will it expose more darker shadows. We have to be strong and mindful of where we focus our energy. And remember… we are one family… The Human race… regardless of creed, or race or statue.. Discernment is the key, for there are always tricksters amongst us.

Remember, We are the creators,

For where our attention goes, that is where we are giving our energy of creation. Be mindful of where you are focusing all of your attention.

So, my friends, as we enter this phase of our evolution, I pray each of you who read here finds your own space within your own inner silent sanctuary. As you each learn to go within. Listen to your hearts, not the main stream headlines. Discern with your inner intuition that which feels right.

At the moment what feels right for myself, is spending less time on my computer and more time creating and enjoying the gifts of nature.

This isn’t a goodbye… But it is a pause….

We maybe all should pause, take stock of ourselves and ask ourselves what kind of frequencies are we creating? And ask ourselves are we adding to the light of Love in the world, or are we creating more divisions and shadows. The choice is ours to make..

I choose to stay within my own silence a while longer, As I apologise here, to those who have been pending and awaiting my reply for several months now on my last post… Which I have just addressed and answered. Comments I will leave open.. But please do not be offended if I am late getting back to reply..

Unity Consciousness– Rising!

Some may have noticed, or not, that I have not spent a great deal of time within WP in January, this is for several reasons of taking time for self-healing, and spending time on several projects of creativity. I recently saw a spike in attention given to my blog today, which led me to revisit some of my older postings… This one below I wrote in 2014. Which related to the Arab Spring… And how a tidal wave of uprising was then occurring.

So, below is a revised edited version of that post.

We all have become so conditioned in the role of mind games. Be it from being told what to buy, eat, drink, wear.. To being conditioned to the violence on TV, video games, Cartoons or Films. And in todays world of AI we can no longer trust what we are witnessing with our very eyes.. We have to use our discernment along with our gut instincts, of right and wrong!.

For we have all of us been programmed to one level or another, as our minds have been influenced to fight and control various aspects of our lives. We all at some point in our lives have exerted control over another, for its Ego’s Power wanting to be better and top dog. As we were brought up to believe we have to be the Best, top of the class etc. We have all been taught to compete, rather than co-operate with one another.

So when our Conscious mind sets gather in like minded thought as we witnessed back in the Arab Spring. People joined to change that control. And so began more conflict, as the Fear took greater hold and the powers fought to retain their existing control over their domains. ..

We need to step back for one moment, and See what is it we want to change? DO we want a safer, more peaceful world. And if you were to ask yourself one question,

How would you change what seems to be wrong with the World today?

Would you join in a protest or would you join in a Prayer?

Would you seek to change Power? Or would you seek to find Peace?

And if you sort Peace, How would you achieve it in this turbulent World?

I cannot change the World events. I cannot alter the way others think or act.

All I can do is change my own perspective, alter my own ways of being. When enough of us look within at our own controlling ways we then create our own ripple effect which creates our own ‘Spring shift’ into ‘Unity’.

Unity consciousness!.

We need to gather and send out but one vibration.

LOVE.

Love is stronger than Hate.

Love is more powerful than Fear.

And love is what we are missing in the world today.

What is it YOU really want above all else? What do YOU spend your life working for? Can it be found in bricks and mortar? Can it be found in your Fast Cars? Is it found in the hard graft seeking that big promotion? Is it found in your bank balance? Just what is it we are searching for?

Have you found it yet?

Did you find Love today?

Have you looked in the Mirror today and viewed what actions you put out in the world?

I have.

And I need to alter myself, I need to alter my own judgemental attitudes. I need to stop being so critical. I need to stop gossiping. I need to stop being angry. I need to stop being Fearful.

And when I next look in the mirror I need to tell myself how much I am Loved! and love myself more!

When enough of us alter our own ways of BEing. Then we will see The Shift into Unity Consciousness.

Be Love!

and Live from your heart!

And send your LOVE not Fear to the places in the world which need it most.. Fear creates more Fear. And will add to the Chaos in the world.. So we need to Send LOVE!

Because Love Conquers ALL..

Isn’t that what another Great Teacher came to teach?

Connecting, Cooperating, Creating, We are One.. ~ Watercolour Art of mine..

Today we live in a world where it can seem we are separated from each other more than ever, as people no longer gather in discussion, to debate and hold sensible conversations, instead, they often feel that it is only their narrative that counts, that they are right, and the rest are wrong.. No grey areas of inbetween, to iron out different opinions, or to find common ground in which to agree.

Social Media while a huge success in connecting each other around the world, it is often a lonely existence for many who sit alone behind their screens, taking in the narratives of their choice.

While I am not on FB, etc, I will often see comments on live feeds listening to podcasts within social media that vent or contain vile language as they rip the messenger to shreds.. And yes, I also see the opposite too, of wonderful praise and thanks of gratitude for the message given.

I wonder do people realise the impact, or the ripples their words of condemnation or praise can have upon an individual, or the collective? Or how when repeated, over and over, how negativity within such posts, affect others, in bringing their vibration down, showing us only one side of humanity, and the traumas of the world, which only add to the traumas they themselves may be enduring..

But Maybe the MSM know exactly what they are doing in keeping vibrations at a low point, so we do not rise and feel good, because it’s a well known fact, when people feel suppressed they are more easily controlled.

The world contains many variables, and different perspectives, and we know that there are also many, many more kind souls, doing kind deeds, daily, that never get to be mentioned in the Media… Because this would create a ‘Feel Good Factor’ of positivity and upliftment.

The impact you each have upon the world is greater than you could ever imagine, and the choices you make can have far-reaching consequences. You can use the ripple effect to make a positive difference and spread waves of kindness that will wash over the world. Or you can contribute to its destruction and demise, by adding your negativity to help the dark-side win the battle that is now being played out within this Spiritual War, of Dark and Light.

Someone feeling the effects of negative energy will be more likely to pass on that negative energy, feelings of depression, and low self esteem, when you bring someone down with derogatory language.
At the same time, you can help another feel good about themselves by passing on positivity, by adding humour, joy and praise. That choice is always ours to make.

So should the opportunity arise, and you feel compelled to do a good deed for someone else. One act of charity, one thoughtful deed, or even one positive thought, which can pass from one individual to the next, snowballing, until it becomes a group movement, a ray of hope, that could possibly save someone’s life. You can never know the impact your own thoughts or actions can have upon another.

Every transformation, just like every ripple, has a point of origin. You must believe in your ability to be that point of origin if you want to use the ripples you create to spread goodness. Consider the effect of your thoughts and actions, for thoughts are living things, that manifest our reality into being. Try to act as graciously and as mindful as much as possible, for you never know, when you yourself may be in need of that act of kindness and loving support to hold you.

To smile at a stranger, a compliment given to a friend, an attitude of laughter, or a thoughtful gesture can send ripples that spread among your loved ones, out into your community, and finally throughout the world. You have the power to touch the lives of everyone you come into contact with and everyone those people come into contact with. The momentum of your influence will grow as your ripples moves onward and outward.

One of those ripples could become a tidal wave of love and kindness.

Be Wise…. Invoke the Owl, when you need to see the Truth!

It is now Time to embrace that point of origin, as we look to ourselves to change ourselves, and that which we no longer wish to experience. If we wish to heal, we must remember to hold kindness within our hearts, as we let go of that which separates us. As we let go of anger, and our ancestral wounding.

Reshaping the world is not reliant upon our leaders, it is about unifying our differences, and knowing that only we can change ourselves..

We will always have conflict, if we do not address that point of conflict within ourselves. If we cannot begin to love ourselves enough to nurture our attitudes, and speak from our hearts.
Too long we have judged, pointed fingers, and labelled others whose opinions are different from our own…
We have to begin with learning to let go of who is right and who is wrong, as we open our minds to see another’s perspective, as we meet in the middle, of understanding that the scales will always tip one way or the other, unless we ourselves get the balance right…

May we each learn that the balance of our respective nations, lies with its own people to make those right choices out of love and compassion, not out of hatred or prejudice..

Rediscovering Your Inner Calm.

Firstly, I want to just thank every one of you, for your kind well wishes that each of you left me on my last post with your comments of healing prayers and love that you all poured forth. I truly felt your wonderful love. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you. I love and appreciate you all.

Taking time out and allowing the ‘unfolding’ to unfold, in its own time, has been another phase in my learning. As I processed not only my own emotional journey again, via the various scenarios which last month brought into my orbit, which has been both stressful, yet calming at the same time.

My sister has been put on a trial drug, which have had some positive results in others, so we are very hopeful this may aid her in her remission of her illness. Though we have been warned she may well appear to worsen before more positive signs are seen. So thank you again for your love and prayers, any prayers sent to my sister will be much appreciated, thank you.

Biscuit recovering days after his opp on the removal of eleven teeth.

Secondly, news on our much beloved cat Biscuit. Poor little mite has been through the mill, with having Eleven teeth extracted and stitches. He wouldn’t touch any food, for four days before his operation and nearly two weeks afterwards, other than me smearing food on his lips to try to eat. In the end the vet had to remove the dissolvable stitches early, as they were causing him such distress. Which added more trauma to his mouth. So, it was over another week with my persistence of hand feeding him to get to try and eat any kind of solid food other than the liquidized food I had been giving him by hand.

I can now say he is finally eating soft foods again and regaining some of the weight he lost. He still tires easily, but he has been with my hubby now several times to the allotments and looking more himself. My Hubby too, who during these stressful times was coping with Shingles, is also much better.

I think the Universe also conspired in keeping me off my computer. So, even if I had chosen to return I was being firmly reminded by the universe of what is important and what we can let go of. As a feature in my computer had not been working for some time, so I decided while on a blog break to take in for repair as it was under an insurance cover… When I finally got my computer back, it had been wiped back to factory settings.. So all my apps, and programs, photos, videos, documents all wiped..

Thank goodness I back up important things via a cloud prescription .. I am still in the process of uploading those back, but will have to purchase more software to enable me to even read the documents let alone write them. Another lesson in learning to let go. and what really matters in life. The only things which concerned me was the collections of poems I had written over the years. Which after looking at it through a different perspective, are only words. And many are published here within my blog. Learning to see what is important in life is another lesson we all can all learn from in times of a family crisis.

We can always find a ray of sunshine after the showers in life.

Time away from the Noise of the world I can recommend.. I feel it is essential during these upside down chaotic times we disconnect from the outer chatter for certain periods of time, to find peaceful moments that feed our souls..
So I have been pursuing a new hobby, of creating journals from scratch, I have been dying paper, with tea and coffee, and painting patterns, learning how to construct a book from scratch, making a hard cover using paper, card and fabrics. It’s been very absorbing, as we reconnect with our creativity and learn new skills.

I can recommend you try it, be it through your own skills, of art, music, or poetry, knitting or sewing . Creating connects us back with our higher selves, bringing us to that place of calm, and that inner peace, while the world rages on, in its chaotic rhetoric, we can find our own inner sanctuary of inner peace via our creative pursuits, in the silence spaces we create within ourselves. So dear friends, do not forget to give yourselves that wonderful gift of inner peace if the outer world gets a little too noisy and loud… Find beauty in your lives, by going out in nature, looking and the details of a flower, the flight of a bird, the rustle of leaves high in the canopy of trees as the wind blows, or the babbling of running water in a stream.

Or you can rediscover your own creative gifts, and begin your own creative time out from the chaos, to find those inner calm moments of bliss,

Healing Timeout.

A Dahlia in my garden. Reminds me of how individual we all are as petals, yet, we are all joined together at the Heart!.

Dear WordPress Family of beautiful friends. I thank you all for the love you pour out both to my blog posts, each other, and the world at large.

I know I am behind catching up with many beautiful souls in recent weeks. Sometimes however Life takes us on a few twists and turns, and we just have to go with the flow of them as we ride them out for calm to settle once more.

For those of you who have answered my comments, and those who have commented I thank you so very much, but on returning here all of them are now not visible in the bell reader. as I have been absent too long for them to be retained. So please take all those I have not replied back to with much love and gratitude.

While I like to think I can myself cope most of the time, sometimes we need to listen to the guidance we often freely give out to others, and that is to take more time out to nurture oneself.

I do not like to discuss many personal issues, both about my own health, or others, but I have a very close member of my family right now in need of healing, that of my sister, who is fighting an ongoing battle with serious health issues. Also today our precious cat, Biscuit, underwent surgery to remove a large number of his teeth. And he too is in need of special attention right now.

So, I have decided to give myself a whole month off, from the internet and all things digital as much as possible, as I concentrate on healing energies within my family. So my friends, I hope to have updates and a more positive post in the month of August when I shall return.

Comments will be left open, but please dear friends forgive me this time around if I fail to reply, as I retreat for a while…. I already feel your love, and I am very blessed in having such a beautiful WordPress community of loving friends… Thank you.

What Kind of Web Are We Weaving?

Spinning Threads

I’m spinning a spiral of threads to catch the light
And each one I weave brings new insights
Many years in this cocoon I’ve been caught
But soon my wings will fly fearing nought
For the life that I led has been transformed
All will be revealed in this New Dawn

Freedoms at last as we all escape
Flex your wings don’t hesitate.
We shake off the shell of the cocoons grasp
To become that which we are at last
For once more we return to that from which we came
As this is the finish, the End of the Game

A mortal serpent coiled in its ring
To spiral on out to leap up and Sting
Look to the skies for your answers are there
Which were always within you so do not despair.
To unlock the spiral hold light in your eye
Let go of illusion be ready to fly.

For this world that we know will soon spin a web
To stop all the hatred that’s killing her dead.
To combat the Fear spin your own nest
Out of love and forgiveness just trying your best
Help up your neighbour don’t be selfish or mean
For the chaos around you is soon to be seen

Believe not the powers. but follow your hearts

For WE spin the web and make a new start
Free your Mind of the indoctrinate thought
Break free from the shell in which you are caught
And embrace the threads of goodness and Peace

And Help Mother Earth and ourselves to release

A new Dawn is coming be ready be brave.
For your web of thoughts will set a new stage
And we are the people with one common theme
So live from the heart and follow your dreams.

Looking through my archives I found this poem.. I wrote in 2011 and shared again in 2013. It seems it now wishes to be shared again. I perhaps even when I wrote this poem I didn’t fully comprehend its message to me then. Yet re-reading it today, it spoke volumes.

Many people I talk to, are getting so caught up within the intricate webs in which we now see spinning in our various countries. While some are taking to the streets, Serbia, springs to my mind, for one present example, as thousands march in silence protests against their particular rulers. While others are deciding to cause mayhem with destructive acts in other countries against there’s. Others have heated debates with family and friends, blaming and pointing fingers in all directions as frustrations gather momentum. Fear will be being driven, while those in their high towers, know this is The End of the Game.
We can all of us feel the various energies, and these energies within all of us will rise to the surface in order to clear… Because we are reaching that point of clearing out our World wide old Karma, and wounding.

Many new truths will spill out now into our consciousness, to be openly discussed. Subjects once taboo, especially in the msm. Things which many of us for many years have known deep within our being. I am not here to specify what anyone believes in. For we each of us have Free will to choose that which we wish believe.

But what I will ask each person who reads here to do, is to look within your hearts.. And ask yourselves these questions as we look to our leaders who rule our countries.. Look who is trying to help their countrymen and women, look who are the peace-makers and who are still wishing to beat war drums. Look deeper still, into our own hearts, as we argue amongst ourselves. As we ask ourselves this question.

What Kind of Web Are We Weaving?

Do we want a society divided, always in conflict.. Do we really want corruption and violence to continue. Or do we wish for a society that is helpful to its neighbours, sharing kindness, where our children and grandchildren can grow up more safely.

While ever we keep looking to point a finger of blame.. Lets all first look into the mirror of our hearts. For the more of us who rant, rage, and hold fear, then that is the kind of world we are generating..

So, when you find yourself in that fearful, frustrated place of finger pointing, I would ask that for a moment, each of you to calm your mind, find that peaceful quiet space within.. Take a deep, deep breath. and breathe in for the count of 4….. hold your breath for a moment,….. then let go and breathe out for the count of 5….. And repeat several times…

Feel the tension ease, and fade away, as your shoulders relax. and focus on your heart and feel the love swelling inside and spreading out throughout, to yourself, to your family, then to your neighbourhood and then see the whole world covered in that peaceful loving bubble you just created..

If we all did that at least once every day… You would soon see and feel a very different web encircling you.

We are the change makers.… Only when we weave peace, and love, do we then create it to surround ourselves, and so the web then grows, as it flows and ripples out..

Creating: With Love, Our Future.

Many of you will have noticed I went quiet for a while leading up from November to Christmas. Having a digital detox is good for the soul . I can never just sit still, and do nothing with my hands.. It stems from leaving school aged 15, to work in a textile factory, working piece-work.
I have always enjoyed creating, be it from sewing my own and my daughters dresses when she was a child, to knitting, or crocheting. I also have embroidered items throughout the years such as table and tray clothes etc.

I have never been afraid of trying something new, and I guess I have my Dad to thank for that. I may not have appreciated the lessons at the time, but my Dad taught me there was no such word as ‘Can’t’ because we can ‘Try’.. And over the years I have tried my hand at many things, and I have been determined not to be beaten. Including laying Lino in our bathroom one year by myself, as my hubby was so busy, the role of lino had been sitting there for weeks, it may have taken me all day to fit it, with a few tears along the way, but I did it.. And it stayed in place for years until we had another piece fitted professionally 🙂

So when I came across a lady called Trish Burr on YouTube I started to investigate, and I treated myself to one of her embroidery books which had several iron on transfers in the back of her book.. I had never given Embroidery Needle Painting a go, so I thought I would try it out. Many of her works of art are created just using one single strand of embroidery thread separated out from the six strands in the yarn floss. So this takes patience and time, all of which I had plenty of.

For me, while I sit focused upon the project in hand, my mind is totally absorbed in the moment. The noise of the outer world disappears, and my whole being feels at peace. This to me is my kind of Meditation, for while I sew, I can also allow my mind to wander into my own Magical World of Creation. And it becomes very therapeutic building up a picture one thread at a time, as I build up my own inner vision of our future world, holding collective peace and unity.

So, I can envisage a future world that is filled with love, harmony, and peace, whereby people co-operate, share and are kinder to each other. Christmas is that time of year when those lighter feelings of Joy and Goodwill to our fellow men and women surface, as people wish each other a Merry Christmas and best wishes for the coming new year, and for those few short weeks, faces light up and the energy surrounding them feels lighter and brighter.

Then sadly, people revert back into their worrying of how they pay for things bought, throughout the holidays and sales, as in todays world its so easy to put everything onto credit cards, something I have say I have never owned. I was always brought up to save for what I wanted, and waited until I had, before I purchased anything. So after Christmas you begin to see that Light in their eyes, that spark, within people fade, as people withdraw back into their boxes, as they erect their barriers again of mistrust of each other again. Its sad, we cannot keep those feeling of Joy in our hearts all year round.

So, as I sew, paint or craft, I pour LOVE into a gift that I have crafted, and created, which I know are always greatly appreciated.
My children always remember, and often will reminisce when they were young children, and it was a year that my hubby and I were going through a tough year financially, when they were around the ages of 4 and 6yrs old. as my husbands place of work had been out of strike for weeks, and we had no income and a mortgage to pay. So there was no money for Christmas Gifts.

So that year I made a cardboard dolls house for my daughter making furniture out of cardboard, I put scraps of material at the windows and made her doll new clothes.
My Son, I made him a Fort, with turrets and draw-bridge out of a cardboard box, I had some brick wall paper left over from papering our fire place, which was all the rage back in the early 70s, and covered it, I made little windows to shoot arrows through and bought him a little bag of plastic Knights and solders on horseback and with bow an arrows.

They will often tell me how much they loved those gifts, and they are the ones that stick in their memories the most…
We do not need a lot of money to create meaningful gifts made with love… And some of the best gifts we are ever given are not of the material world, they are the gifts of LOVE we give each other..

Know that as 2025 unfolds, it may appear in the outer reality to get more chaotic and loud, as the old order dies, their shouts of fear mongering will get louder and louder.. Know dear friends we are the creators of our future reality… If we buy into the fear, or give into their control, we are binding ourselves to a future of more of the same…

But if we stand in our power of Love and Integrity, as we hold onto our Truth, and our Sovereignty. We can achieve anything we put our minds too..
Remember, there is no such word as ‘Can’t’ as we each try our best.

I write this, in the early hours of Friday morning, in fact it is just gone 3 am, and I couldn’t sleep, So I pick up my journal to write..

The warmth of the Summer Sun has now given way to the Autumn chill in the air, as the early morning frost now emerges, and of course here in England there is always the rain… Rain which has been relentless for several days and nights, but finally today Thursday the 3^rd Oct the Sun finally shone, showing us the Sun- ‘Light’ is always shinning above the grey clouds.

I am reminded on how grateful I am, for I am not in some areas of England or Europe, where there has been flooding. Neither do I live in the path of Helene Hurricane, which strangely seemed to have done more damage inland than on the coast? My thoughts and prayers have been with all who are affected, and with those families who lost loved ones, their animal friends, and their homes. I am so grateful too, that I am not in any war zone, or hospital, or living on the streets. I have much to be grateful for.

I have been quiet here on Dreamwalker’s Sanctuary for the last couple of weeks, because each time I have sat down to write, something would stop me, or the post would not edit correctly… So, I took that as a sign, those words were not meant to be read a few weeks ago. But as I sit and write, I feel these words are to be my next post.

Some of those previous words I wrote, held great sadness. Sadness for the world that now seems to have lost its way, and yet, these words need to be spoken. How you interpret them is up to each of you. I know deep within all of you and the population of Humanity, there lies many generous hearts. Hearts that now need to open and pour out even more love and compassion and empathy for our fellow humans, as we truly begin our awakening process.

Many I speak to, are feeling the changes around them, as it appears that the society they once knew is breaking up and changing. We knew this time was coming, like any demolition site, its messy, chaotic, and brings up the dirt, before the ground can be cleared before new foundations are laid.

People are now seeing the lack of connection and compassion of some of their so-called leaders, and some are waking up to the facts of those whom they once put high on a pedestal have come crashing down, bringing more dominos falling around them.

This is the year of the Dragon, and as we come towards the end of the year, the tail of the dragon is about to lash out. As it protects what is sacred, her Eggs, the birthing of New Earth. But before those Eggs that I painted in my last Dragon painting can be birthed.. They need to crack open..

The cracks are now are beginning to show, and are getting wider, as awareness is now spreading, it will be hard to witness, as the debris both from Mother Earth and from our emotions, will fly in all directions, as the hot anger of both Mother Earth and Humans, will spill out, as the old systems begin to fail and crumble. Exposing those who were raised high in their fields of entertainment and power. We must try not to point fingers, and judge, hard as that is, given what will be exposed, but we need to show them compassion, for many were manipulated and controlled themselves.

How we navigate what is about to unfold in many areas of our lives, is to focus upon the vision of clearing out that which no longer serves, both in our inner and outer world. Greed, corruption, and the pure evil, will be unearthed as we begin to realise and be shown that which has been hidden for many years. We may be aghast as we discover the amount of lies and deceptions which have been deliberately withheld. These will be challenging months and years ahead, and yet we have been preparing for this time, for Aeons.

This is why many of us were chosen to be here at this time, as we hold balance and faith. As we hold space for others, as we focus upon creating harmony within, we help create calm around us. We can help others through these challenges, by sharing our empathy and compassion in practical ways, to those who are struggling and who are getting overwhelmed by everything. All you need do is reach out with your hearts.

This past few weeks, I been meditating much more, sending out in group meditations and prayers, I also envision upon what my New Earth comprises of while I embroider some needle paintings that I have been creating. I envision a world of New Healing Technology, Free Energy, Co-operation instead of competition, healthy food, and peace for all.. Here you can also see a painting I did which I will link to the post.. Depicting these times of the old Earth transitioning into the New..

Know that every dark cloud has a silver lining, and we have to be shown the under-belly of the systems in place, so we can rebuild in our future without the Deep Corruption which has infiltrated every aspect of our lives.

I finish this post by adding this video by my blogging friend Laura Bruno, and Timothy Glenn.. I watched this video this afternoon… And I was astonished how my own thoughts were being shown to be in alignment with the Astrology in what is entitled, Final Countdown- Pluto Direct in Capricorn.

Remember… You hold the power of change… Do so with love in your hearts for you are the changemakers. Pay attention to your insights, your intuition, as we may be asked to go deeper within as we begin to break through our own deep chains of resistance as we make changes in our own personal lives..
