Optimize fields in your site

The Site optimizer identifies fields that can be deleted from your site to improve its performance. It looks for fields created by an administrator that

• aren’t being used in either a project or screen, and

• have no contexts.

You can then easily remove these fields in a few clicks. This way, you can quickly clean out old data to improve the speed and responsiveness of your site.

To view the field clean-up tool, navigate to the Jira admin panel using the  icon in the top nav and select System. In the sidebar, select Site optimizer, then Custom fields.

When you open the Site Optimizer, you’ll see:

• the total number of fields in your site from both company-managed and team-managed projects

• the number of fields in use in your site, as defined above

  • this number doesn’t include fields used in filters, boards, forms, workflows, or automations

• この推奨数と比較した現在の使用量、そして

• 最後にこのツールを使用してサイトをクリーンアップした日時

  • 最後の操作番号が表示されない場合は、サイトでこの機能が一度も使用されていないことを意味します

Based on these numbers, you can make large-scale changes to the fields in your site such as deleting them.

未使用のカスタム フィールドを一括削除する

1. [Clean up custom fields (カスタム フィールドをクリーンアップ)] というヘッダーの下に、サイト内の未使用の企業管理対象カスタム フィールドがすべて表示されます。

2. 削除するものを選択するか、検索バーを使って特定のものを検索する

3. [ゴミ箱に移動] を選択します。ポップアップしたモーダルで、選択を確定します。
