ワークフローからステータスを削除する
You must have the following to do the things described on this page:
Role: Site admin
Permission: Administer projects
When a team’s process changes, you might need to update their workflow. This page describes how remove a status from a workflow.
Access your workflow
From a company-managed project:
[設定] () > [作業項目] の順に選択します。
Select Workflows, then find the workflow you want to update. Select More (•••), then Edit to open a diagram of your workflow in the workflow editor.
From a team-managed project:
Go to Project settings, then Work types, and select a work type.
[ワークフローを編集] を選択します。
Remove a status from a workflow (new editor)
Select the specific status you want to remove.
Select Delete status at the bottom of the details panel.
Select Update workflow to save the changes you made. This makes sure all teams and projects using this workflow can use the new status.
Remove a status from a workflow (old editor)
削除したいステータスを選択して、[ステータスを削除] を選択します。
In the sidebar, under Workflows, select Workflow schemes.
ワークフローが使用しているワークフロー スキームを見つけて、[編集] を選択します。
Select Add workflow then Add existing and find the name of the copied workflow. Follow the prompts to map work types to the new workflow.
[公開] を選択します。
その他の注意事項
Company-managed project workflows can be used by multiple projects. Be mindful of which projects are using this workflow so you don’t introduce unintended changes. You can find the associated projects in the top navigation of the workflow editor.
ワークフローからステータスが削除されてもチームには通知されないため、混乱を招く可能性があります。実行する際は常に、変更の内容とその理由をチームに知らせることをお勧めします。
The audit log will show that someone updated the workflow, but won’t show any specific details about the update (like what status was removed).
Deleting a status isn’t the same as removing it from a workflow. Removing a status from a workflow simply means the workflow will no longer use that status. Deleting a status will permanently remove it from every workflow that uses it throughout the whole Jira instance.
