スケジュール Schedule

‬

入館方法‬ Reception

‭‭入館受付は ** 18:30 ~ 19:15 まで ** です 。オフィスフロア入口(17F)にお越しください。
‭オフィスフロア入口(17F)オフィス総合受付の側に本イベント用の特設受付を設置しています。
‭そちらで ** connpassの受付票 もしくは 受付番号 or アカウント ** を提示後、受付の案内に従ってく‬ださい。

19:15 になりましたら特設受付を終了させていただきます。
参加される方はなるべくこの時間までにお越し下さるようお願いします。
遅れての参加になる場合は特設受付に案内板をだしておりますので、ご確認の上ご連絡をお願いいたします。

The reception desk is open from 18:30 to 19:15. Please come to the office floor entrance (17th floor).
A special reception desk for this event is set up next to the general office reception.

Please present your connpass registration ticket, registration number, or account at the desk and follow the instructions given by the staff.

The special reception desk will close 19:15.
If you are attending, please try to arrive by this time.
If you arrive late, there will be a signboard at the special reception desk, so please check it and contact us.

注意事項‬ Notes

• 当日は、来場者を含む会場の様子等の動画、写真を撮影し、公開する場合があります。‭
• 貴重品の管理は各自でお願いいたします。万一盗難・紛失等の事故が発生しても、主催者は一切責‬任を負えません。
• 悪天候等により、運営事務局の判断にてイベントを中止する場合があります。
• 会場内は禁煙です 。
  
  
• Please note that photos and videos of the event, including attendees, may be taken and published.
• Please take care of your valuables. The organizers cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or accidents.
• The event may be canceled at the discretion of the organizers in case of bad weather or other circumstances.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.

キャンセルについて‬ Cancellations

• 参加は先着順になりますが、より多くの方へご参加いただきたいと考えています。当日都合が悪くなって参加できないことが判明した方は、お手数ですが速やかにキャンセル処理をお願いします。
• 参加の状態のまま当日お越しいただけなかった方は、次回以降の参加の優先順位を下げさせて頂く‬可能性があります。
  
  
• Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, but we hope to welcome as many people as possible. If you find out you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.
• If you do not show up without canceling, your priority for participation in future events may be lowered.

その他‬ Other

• 本勉強会は、技術交流が目的です。知識の共有や参加者同士の交流を目的としない方の参加はお断りします。
• 参加目的が不適切だと判断される場合には、運営側で参加をキャンセルさせていただく場合がござ‬います。
• セールスやリクルーティング 、飲食目的など、趣旨にそぐわないと主催者側で判断した場合にはご退出いただく場合がございます。
  
  
• This study group is for the purpose of technical exchange. Those who do not intend to share knowledge or interact with other participants are kindly asked not to attend.
• If your purpose for attending is deemed inappropriate, the organizers may cancel your registration.
• If the organizers determine that your purpose (such as sales, recruiting, or eating/drinking for non-event purposes) does not align with the event, you may be asked to leave.‬
