I didn’t plan to get involved with this particular controversy, but it’s interesting and important enough to mention it here.

I’ve read about Conservatives and Trump supporters having very different opinions about Wood. I guess we will all have to come to our own conclusions as the legal circus continues. One thing that’s very clear is the existence of “law weaponization” and how it can be used with horrible results.

Reminds me of the movie “Liar Liar” and how the lawyer played by Jim Carrey was hit with a “birthday wish” by his son where he couldn’t tell a lie for a certain amount of time. This ruined his whole argument in court that day for his female client who wanted full custody (rather than shared custody) of the children over her rich husband. Of course, large sums of money was also involved. When the wife’s lawyer (Carey) found a loophole (which wasn’t a lie) he “manipulated the system” (his own words) to force full custody for the mother, against the more amicable decision hope that the father wanted.

They appear to weaponize the “law license”.

They threaten to disbar you if you do not fall in line. What they don’t realize is that they weaken the “law license” by doing so.

They best thing to do in that tug of war is just let go of the rope. “You want my law license that bad? Here take it. You’ve made it worthless.”

The same weaponization took place with medical licenses during the pandemic. They threatened doctors with pulling their license if they didn’t toe the line. More doctors should have pushed back and surrendered their worthless licenses.

That’s a damn good point!

And Wood continuously claimed that the GA BAR and those in politics in Georgia were all conspiratorially aligned through secret societies to force all attorneys in the state to fall in line or risk sanctions.

And brought a lot of ‘receipts’ that were, at a minimum, compelling.

Yea. Cathy Cox, while Secretary of State for Georgia in the early 2000s had Georgia to become the first state in country to install voting machines. I think it was Diebold.

Wood called her out on this. And implied that she was bought off or coerced into it.

If Fanny does call Lin Wood as a witness, I believe she will regret it big time. He reminds me some of Tony Buzbee who represented Ken Paxton. But truthfully I don’t think the trial gets that far.

I think it is a wait and see. I check Lin’s telegram site on a fairly regular bases. The Rittenhouse thing was a bunch of BS and included some scum lawyers on the Rittenhouse team.

The case that someone posted about his previous lawyers I looked up on the GA Judaical site. It will not be out of discovery until 2024. I would not be surprise they are attacking Wood anyway possible and this is just another Psyops play.”

I’ve heard good things and bad things about Lin Wood.  I recall reading that his kids despise him.  Readers can do a search to read about that aspect of his life.

It is interesting to read that many people, especially conservatives, are conflicted about this man.

We will all need to see what ultimately happens and who will emerge as one or more of the heroes in this debacle.
